My Review of Fox Lake Toyota:
My experience was very positive in that all my questions were answered, and I felt they were genuine about their answers. They were willing to get me the car in the color I wanted, where other dealerships made excuses or simply refused. We finalized the deal with Scott Nielsen, but that would not be possible without Michelle DeAngelis. She was honest, upfront and made this a good experience for me.

Fox Lake Toyota made a task which I was concerned about a comfortable experience.

They were wonderful what I wanted I got with no hassels.
Lifetime warranty is the reason I bought from Fox lake Toyota and the Saturday free car washes and they feed me to dont go to any other Toyota dealer this should be your first and last stop if your shopping for a Toyota.

Very friendly, courteous, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Look for Michelle DeAngelis when you visit this dealer. They are quite upfront with their prices, not to mention their lifetime power train warranty. Look for Ed Obrien, he'll give you the best price. Thank you Fox Lake Toyota, especially to Michelle.

My Review of Fox Lake Toyota:
Is there no Customer Service in the World today? Certainly not at Fox Lake Toyota. I have never had a more horrible experience buying a car. I will say the car is not them problem it was just the complete lack of care and concern from the Salesman to the Sales Mgr. I really wish we could go back to a time when Customer Service really meant something. I would gladly pay a little more for extraordinary service. I will not recommend Fox Lake Toyota to anyone.
