The service I had at this dealership was superb! The employees in service are very polite and truly care about you and your needs. I dealt with Jason in service and not only was he very nice, but he was also very informative and knowledgeable about my Routan and I hope that I can deal with him again in the future since it was a pleasure. I'll be sure to tell my friends about this dealership.

Sometimes you have people you work with that care, and sometimes you have people that go out of their way while they care. Nicole is that person. Ryan has gone above and beyond on several occasions to help fit in my VW Routan for service. He always explains the work that has to be done with a phone call before it's completed. He has been very helpful and is a great Service Advisor.

Ryan has been my service advisor on many occasions. He always has great advise and has fit my service appointments in at very late notice. I now have 97000 miles on my 2007 GTI and it is perfect. Also, I was misquoted on a price once so the dealer gave me their cost on the parts and came within 2 dollars of the quote. Honor and service I didn't expect.

Brought my GTI in for service and Jason was more then helpfull. Very professional and friendly. Wasn't pushy and was very understanding. Money is tight and he gave me good recomendations on what to do to maintain the vehicle to avoid problems down the road and stay within my budget. Don't want to do business anywhere else with anyone else. Jason is my go to guy! Thanks Jason!!!!

I drive approximately 2000 miles a month, so I'm regularly at Fox Valley VW to have my R32 serviced. Ryan in Service has always been very accommodating (even on short notice). The prices for labor and parts are fair. I usually wait for my car while it’s being serviced, and Ryan regularly updates me on the expected finish time. What I appreciate the most is Ryan does a great job of giving me a "heads up" on future repair/service my car needs. For example, while taking my car in for a regular oil change, he let me know that by the next oil change it would be time to replace the brakes, and even included a quote.
