My experience here was absolutely superb. I called ahead, and when I walked in the door, they knew me by name, and I had help from three different managers. They stepped me through all of my options, gave me very detailed paperwork, followed up with phone calls and emails, and were extremely friendly. Prices are fair, and the vehicle has been nothing but great. Highly recommend this dealership.

My Review of Fox Valley Volkswagen Schaumburg:
I leased a new 2012 Jetta Gli and the experience was great. Jimmy was attentive and knowledgable, and it was clear that everyone there had a great attitude toward customer satisfaction. Todd was able to meet my satisfaction with the lease terms, and was kind enough to come out and thank me for my business. Anthony facilitated my document signing process, which was staightforward and easy. Thanks again gentlemen and keep up the good work!

My Review of Fox Valley Volkswagen Schaumburg:
Was told the car was in great condition other then the drivers sun visor broken. Was told it would be fixed before we picked up the car. It wasnt and was told to do it ourselves or we have to be charged. We had the car one day and the heat broke. We brought it in and was told it would be ready in one day. Then the alternator went out and we were told one more day. After the alternator was put it some other electrical problem happened. Now its been 6 days and still no car and again I'm told one more day.I was told the rental car I had to get would be paid for and now its not. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They are liars and dont care about their customers. I will spread the word any way I can to let people know to never purchase a car from Fox Valley Volkswagen. This is a terrible dealership and I wish I never went there. Its been nothing but a nightmare. Terri Warsaw

My Review of Fox Valley Volkswagen Schaumburg:
I've purchased four new cars for my family in the last few years and typically replace my vehicle every three years. I spent the last couple of weeks communicating with the dealer via email, met with the sales rep on three different days and purchased a new Jetta SEL today. It was the absolute best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Gary was the opposite of a high pressure salesman. He was informative and supportive, working on my time schedule, not his. If the positive experience ended there, I would not be writing. Their finance manager I met with Jim, was just the nicest, most honest, and easiest finance manager I've ever dealt with--there have been many. I've traditionally HATED, like many, the process of purchasing a new car. I got a great price, top dollar for my trade, and no high pressure tactics. Matt met with me to go through all the details of my new VW. I have never owned a VW, so I appreciated his thoroughness and patience. He invited me for a free 90 day service program to follow up on my vehicle and answer any new questions I had. No matter when I walked in to the dealership, there was sincerity in their greetings, smiles, and just a relaxed, comforting environment. I highly recommend Fox Valley VW Schaumburg!

My Review of Fox Valley Volkswagen Schaumburg:
This review is related to a recent sales experience.

I initially worked with Dan but he wasn't available when I returned to the dealership where I met Greg K. Greg was very patient and actually listened and tried to solve the particular concerns that I had with a vehicle (as I was deciding whether it would be right for me). Rather than push vehicles, he seemed to understand the situation and that working with me was the best way through the process for everyone involved. I feel that it was this quality (the read of the situation and the adjustment to customer needs) that differentiated Greg from his peers at other VW dealerships that I had visited.

Matt (and Eric) in car delivery also did a great job in explaining most every vehicle nuance that you could imagine during such delivery process.

While I wouldn't want to fool anyone into blind faith here (car buying does require adequate knowledge and skill when negotiating with such trained professionals), without hesitation, I'd recommend visiting Greg if you're interested in VWs.

My Review of Fox Valley Volkswagen Schaumburg:
This was the best new car buying experience that I have ever had. Our salesman, Kevin, and the business manager, Jim, made sure that we understood every feature on the vehicle and term and condition on the financing. The new car delivery coordinator, Matt, was extremely thorough and we left the parking lot with the radio playing, the bluetooth synced to the phone and the dual climate control making everyone comfortable in the car. Because it is the first diesel automobile in the family, everyone has been anxious to take it for a test drive. They all come back with a big smile on their face. Thanks FoxValley VW!

My Review of Fox Valley Volkswagen Schaumburg:
I have shopped for many cars in my lifetime and this is the most pleasant experience doing this I have ever been apart of.The salesmen are knowledgeable, courteous and cheerful Its like they enjoy their job and look forward to coming to work. This enthusiasm is passed along to the customer which makes for a fun time in buying a new car. A chore that is normally hated by all. There was not one question I asked about the purchase process or the automobile that was not answered immediately, without hesitation. Like I said; these are knowledgeable people. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to all friends and family. In fact, five individuals have purchased an auto from this dealership upon my recommendation.
I feel the terms of the sale were fair and reasonable to both the buyer and seller. Its wonderful to walk out with a new car and not feel you have left a significant amount of money on the table. They truly follow the principle that there can be two winners while negotiating for the purchase of a new car.
Thank you gentlemen. I will enjoy the 2012 White Gold Tiguan and look forward to our future meetings.

My Review of Fox Valley Volkswagen Schaumburg:
We purchased a new Jetta on New Years Eve. It was a fabulous experience to say goodbye to the old and welcome in the new car. From our initial phone contact with Christina and Anne to the introduction of our salesman Dan Sheth, this is truly a wonderful dealership. We were quoted an excellent price and we were very impressed with the seamless transition of completing the paperwork and delivering our beautiful car. Dan took a great deal of time to point out the features of the vehicle on our test drive. He was very professional and knowledgeable with the Jetta. As our car was being detailed and polished, Matt spent the afternoon reviewing all the specifics on instrumentation. His sense of humor was greatly appreciated. Anthony Pociask was more than happy to accept our check and guide us along the pathway of financial fun. We had shopped other dealerships but no one offered the immediate response that Fox Valley provided. This was a very positive experience and we highly recommend Fox Valley VW to anyone in the market to purchase.
