My Review of Framingham Ford:
Great selection of used vehicles, very clean and updated property and sales all around very nice people. I like the way Framingham Ford, Lincoln and Mercury do buisness. They showed me the whole place, from service, body shop to parts. If I have a problem I will bring my car to there service area, a pleasure doing buisness with them.

My Review of Framingham Ford:
The sales process was very difficult a great deal was wasted haggling over price but their real problem is the service department is very very bad. They attempt to sell you on things you don't need or are not broken. I went in to get the 4x4 fixed when they called back to tell me it was ready they told me my truck had uneven tire wear and needed an alignment. I had just purchased new tires 2 weeks before and had it aligned, when I confronted him about this he just moved on and said the truck was ready. Even though it was still not fixed, they claimed to have taken it for a test drive but if they had they would have heard the problem.

I will buy a car from these people again just because of their service department.
