My Review of Framingham Nissan:
It was a pleasure meeting Paul yesterday. As General Manager I’m certain he is kept very busy, so I appreciated him taking time to ask about my experience at his dealership. I can happily say it had been a surprisingly enjoyable one. Ordinarily I would equate purchasing a car with a visit to the dentist: necessary but ordinarily unpleasant. Framingham Nissan has changed that perception.
I thank Gary, the Sales Manager, for his part in making my car purchasing experience a pleasurable one. The members of his staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my desire to have a “low pressure” sales encounter. Fran, my Sales Consultant, was great with his explanations of the Altima and patient when I asked for extra ‘drive-time’ during our test drive. Together they listened to my driving habits and introduced me to the option of purchasing the Altima Hybrid. He made arrangements for me to test drive one for the day, a gesture which helped me in my decision making. Ruben, the Internet Sales Manager, readily stepped in as my point of contact when Gary and Fran were not onsite. I was impressed with his professional manner and follow through on each detail. Once the paperwork had been completed, Andre’s time as Customer Care Coordinator was a surprising and welcomed “finish” to my experience. His thoughtful and thorough presentation of the many features offered in my vehicle assured me that once I left the lot, I was not only better informed but also not left on my own. I knew I could call on him, or anyone else, at any time if I needed help.
Purchasing the vehicle as a company car had its share of complications, but everyone did their part to complete the process in a timeframe that worked with my schedule. I have shared my experiences with my General Manager, as well as my friends and family. They have all been impressed and comforted by this. We feel secure in the knowledge that the faithful customer service once associated with car dealers has not been lost. They are happy there is somewhere to go other than the impersonal mega-mall car dealerships now found throughout the AutoMile.
I look forward to continue doing business with Framingham Nissan through the Customer Care Program. I wish them every success.
