My Review of Framingham Nissan:
I had a great experience when I bought my new car!!! The sales staff made this usually tough proceedure real easy. No high pressure and good communication. I did visit other dealers, but the closeness of Framingham Nissan is what sold me. The price difference was only a few dollars, but the comfort level was much better.

My Review of Framingham Nissan:
We Purchased an '09 Murano in 2008 and were so happy with the salesman (Chris McQuire) and the service that we went back this year and bought a new Rouge from (Johnny Saghbini) for our daughter. After 9,000+ miles, we had a small rattle and needed an oil change. We brought in the car and had it serviced. The rattle is gone, the oil & filter changed and there was no charge. Wow. We can not say enough good things about how we've been treated at Framingham Nissan.

Had multiple problems with Nissan Pathfinder (i.e. engine valve and u joint). Dealer was helpful in finding the root cause and providing service for my car. Received prompt phone call from service department explaining problems and recommending solutions. Great experience.

My Review of Framingham Nissan:
My first contact from Framingham Nissan via the internet was Sophi who directed me to Ruben. Ruben was able to answer my questions and concerns regarding a new compact pickup truck. He informed me the truck I requested was not in stock, and he could provide me that truck in my required time frame. This is what brought me into the dealership.

I had a budget and a trade-in value in mind. Framingham Nissan was the first to respond to my emails so this was my first stop. My usual car buying experience is to expect a long drawn out process where you go back and forth many times over several hours. To my surprise, this was not the case at Framingham Nissan.

I asked for Ruben upon arriving at the dealership but was not available at that time. Michelle offerered her assistance, and worked with Ruben , to create the documentation for my new truck with trade-in. Ruben said he found a truck that met my requirements and can be mine within a day. This impressed me. The next step was determining my trade-in value that was fair, the first time. This surprised me which it did. We started talking numbers. I gave them my offer and explained that I did not want to go through several different sales managers and I wanted this to be a simple process. I warned them that if I had to deal for an extended period of time I would leave, because this had been my normal experience. I wanted this to be more about me, the customer and not about getting just a deal. Its very tiring when you have to wait for multiple transactions to occur before I feel I am being heard. Here I was heard, I felt important and part of the process. This was amazing. I have purchased many new vehicles with my family and I have never been treated this way before. Michelle and Ruben guaranteed that I can take delivery of my new truck in one day. I was very happy they made it happen. My offer was accepted, paper work was completed and truck was delivered on time. They made it easy, simple and enjoyable to do business with Framingham Nissan. I wish more dealers were like this.

My father was with me through out the whole experience, and was pleasantly surprised how everything went so well and so fast. Both of us are willing to recommend Framingham Nissan to our family and friends. This was a wonderful experience, I want to thank Michelle and Ruben for doing such a great job.

My Review of Framingham Nissan:
It was a pleasure meeting Paul yesterday. As General Manager I’m certain he is kept very busy, so I appreciated him taking time to ask about my experience at his dealership. I can happily say it had been a surprisingly enjoyable one. Ordinarily I would equate purchasing a car with a visit to the dentist: necessary but ordinarily unpleasant. Framingham Nissan has changed that perception.

I thank Gary, the Sales Manager, for his part in making my car purchasing experience a pleasurable one. The members of his staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my desire to have a “low pressure” sales encounter. Fran, my Sales Consultant, was great with his explanations of the Altima and patient when I asked for extra ‘drive-time’ during our test drive. Together they listened to my driving habits and introduced me to the option of purchasing the Altima Hybrid. He made arrangements for me to test drive one for the day, a gesture which helped me in my decision making. Ruben, the Internet Sales Manager, readily stepped in as my point of contact when Gary and Fran were not onsite. I was impressed with his professional manner and follow through on each detail. Once the paperwork had been completed, Andre’s time as Customer Care Coordinator was a surprising and welcomed “finish” to my experience. His thoughtful and thorough presentation of the many features offered in my vehicle assured me that once I left the lot, I was not only better informed but also not left on my own. I knew I could call on him, or anyone else, at any time if I needed help.

Purchasing the vehicle as a company car had its share of complications, but everyone did their part to complete the process in a timeframe that worked with my schedule. I have shared my experiences with my General Manager, as well as my friends and family. They have all been impressed and comforted by this. We feel secure in the knowledge that the faithful customer service once associated with car dealers has not been lost. They are happy there is somewhere to go other than the impersonal mega-mall car dealerships now found throughout the AutoMile.

I look forward to continue doing business with Framingham Nissan through the Customer Care Program. I wish them every success.

I SAY STAY AWAY FROM FRAMINGHAM NISSAN......I STOPPED IN TO BUY A ALTIMA, I HAD DONE MY RESEARCH AND NEW WHAT I WANTED AND THE PRICE RANGE I WANTED TO PAY. FROM THE GET GO THEY WERE VERY PUSHY, TRIED TO MAKE ME THINK WHAT I WANTED WAS UNREALISTIC AND NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN. WHEN I TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO DO SOME SHOPPING AND WOULD GET BACK TO THEM I WAS HOUNDED AND HARRASSED FOR DAYS!!!! THEY SOMEHOW FOUND OUT I HAD STOPPED IN AT BETERA NISSAN (WHO BY THE WAY ARE JUST AS SLEAZY), AFTER GIVING ME THERE "FINAL PRICE" THEY ACTUALLY KEPT GOING DOWN AND DOWN AND DOWN IN THERE OFFERS. IT WAS A BIDDING WAR BETWEEN THE TWO AND TO BE HONEST IT WAS ABSOLUTLEY INSULTING!!!!! I MEAN DID THEY THINK I WAS STUPID???? I KNOW WHAT YOU CAN BUY A NEW CAR FOR THESE DAYS AND WHAT YOU CAN'T!!!!!! I AM A SINGLE WOMAN AND I KN0W THEY THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO FALL FOR THERE COMPLETELY "LOW BALL PRICING AND FREE GIMICKS" WELL THANK GOODNESS FOR DOING MY RESEARCH BECAUSE I DIDN'T FALL FOR EITHER OF THERE TACTICS. IT ALMOST GOT TO THE POINT WHERE I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE HARRASSING PHONE CALLS ANS EMAILS, NEVER NEVER TRUST EITHER OF THESE DEALERS, THEY ARE YOUR TYPICAL SLEAZY DISHONEST AND NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY DEALERS!!!
BY THE WAY I AM A PROUD OWNER OF A BRAND NEW 2009 NISSAN ALTIMA, VERY HAPPY WITH MY SELLING DEALER. THEY WERE COURTEOUS FRIENDLY AND HONEST!!!!!!!! THEY MAY NOT HAVE ALL THE GLITZ AND GLAMOUR BUT THEY ARE THERE FOR US THE CONSUMER/CUSTOMER!!!!!!!

This is a most curious review to say the least. This person is obviously angry at someone or something and is very misleading. Having worked here at Framingham Nissan for quite some time, I find none of the accusations valid at all. As a matter of fact, it is as if there are ulterior motives involved here. We are very reputable and have a database of very satisfied customers. If anyone would like to 'vent' directly with us, we are very open to doing this.

My Review of Framingham Nissan:
I went in to Framingham nissan to look at the Altima. Right from the get go, they sit you down, and go over this book to explain how they are going to charge you an additional 500, for a "doc fee" and salesman fee. I knew this going in, as I had a friend buy a car there and the saleman told her they say it's 200$ for salesman but this greedy owner takes, and saleman get's $50.00 for sale.They even tried to coerce my friend to go on this website and post a positive review even though she was not happy. They offered her $50.00 to do so, she refused.I agreed to go to this dealer, because if I bought, they promised her a $50.00 check. (wow big deal,$50)
I tried to keep an open mind,but the salesperson didn't know the product, and I over heard, who I found out later was the owner, giving him advice on how to sell me that day."tell him this, and then I'll come over, and close this fool, stop being so weak" he said." Well the owner did come over, introduced himself as Joe Shekker.He seemed to talk down to me and my fiance.He acted like he was the president or something. I found him arrogant and condescending.He acted very strange at times,during conversation, jittery if you know what I mean.I told him I didn't like phony dealer fees and he assured me that half of the $500. doc fee goes to the salesman. I know this is not true.This Joe guy seemed shady.
I found a better deal with no $500. dealer fee,actually half that and bought the car at Marlboro. They have a better selection, more knowledgeable staff, and no "jittery, shady owner/managers who talk down to you. I don"t recommend this dealer, Framingham Nissan.

Thank you for your 'review'. Some corrections are in order though. First, Joe Shaker is one the most pleasant persons you have ever met; second, we have a documentation fee as all dealers do; third, our referral fee is a 'hefty' $200 (not $50). And, out of curiosity, why would someone go to a dealer that their 'friend' had a bad experience at? There is no way to explain that in my opinion. Finally, we are open to and welcome all criticism.
