My Review of Framingham Nissan:
I just picked up my car yesterday and could not have been happier. I went in on Saturday. The place smelled like a movie theater, they were popping popcorn. I admit the place was busy and I thought I would not be helped or would have to wait awhile but the General Manager himself came over and greeted us. He introduce us to a wonderful salesperson, we got our test drive and worked out numbers in less than an hour. I've purchased many cars in the past and this dealership met all of my expectations. I will definitely be back.

My Review of Framingham Nissan:
I totally disagree with the comments below. I believe they have new staff and a new faculity( service/parts department included). As like most consumers, I dislike the whole car buying experience but when I got there I was absolutely suprised by how well I was treated. My sales person was an angel, he showed me every equipment on the car as well as taking me on a test drive. I knew the Altima would be my car of choice. After a few minutes of negotiating we both came to an agreement, not to mention a great Owner Loyalty Program. I picked up my new car the very next day. I highly recommend this dealership.

My Review of Framingham Nissan:
I had quite a good experience going over Nissan. They were very nice when I came in. I was researching for a new 09 rogue and they gave me the best deal out of 4 dealer I went to, they were alot of money below everyone else. I loved working with Luis, he took an 1 to show me exactly what features the car had and it helped me alot. It was a good experience overall and I am buying my daugther her car here next week too

My Review of Framingham Nissan:
Sales people seemed friendly esp. pre-owned dept. but unfortunately, there IS a lack of communication between sales/new cars and pre-owned since it's separated into two units about 1/2 mile apart. Also, service/parts dept. is also located about 4-5 miles further away!
- Finance dept. is too focused on getting deal settled. Not very friendly, just "pretend" friendly.
- Parts are expensive as I had to buy replacement key&fob since my pre-owned Only came with 1 set Not 2 sets of keys/key fobs! I was charged almost full price not their cost, even after buying a New "pre-owned" 2005 car! No mercy shown!
- Then again, which auto dealers actually care about their customers when they are so focused on the quick sale??
- It's cheaper to buy accessories and parts from Online Nissan dealers from Other states who probably want to clear out their inventory. Good for Nissan owners, bad for local Nissan dealers!
Even eBay has some New OEM/Genuine Nissan accessories (though it depends on what one is trying to buy)!
- I thought I got a nice deal BUT..... had to add add. warranty coverage as NONE was included, only the remaining warranty (2 years/16,000 miles since the previous owner used up 20,000 miles in 8 months) And 1 set of keys/key fob for doors/alarm was Missing! Must HAVE SECOND SET OF KEYS!! Too bad the keys include chips nowadays which only the dealers can program! Expensive!!
- The Dealership could've given me the keys at cost instead of Full Retain price since I bought a car from them! What jerks!!

My Review of Framingham Nissan:
This dealership tries to rip you off in every way possible. They were trying to get thousands from me on my trade in and purchase and when i refused, they kept saying how I would never get more than that on my trade. Went to a different dealer and got a lot more on my trade without any haggling. Their prices are expensive and the sales people and sales manager have a stuck up attitude.

Theier service people (not located at same location as dealerhsip) is equally horrendous. Although friendlier than the sales people, they kept making lame excuses to get our of repair work for my car which was still under warranty!!!!

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. try a different dealership.
