My Review of Frank C Videon Dodge Inc:
Unwilling to accept extended warranty with free oil change. When I insisted, pointing out that the date (no mileage restriction) had not expired, they relented; but when I brought the vehicle (2003 Caravan) the oil plug was leaking. When I returned complaining of the problem and for another oil change (again having to argue the point about my unexpired oil change coupons) I was told the leak was from my power steering line; which I was told was on backorder. After waiting over a month (the part never did come in) and tiring of the oil leaking on my driveway I took the vehicle to an independent garage for repair. In one day the stripped oil plug was repaired and the power steering part found and installed.

Whether or not the stripped oil plug and damaged power steering part had anything to do with my insistence that Videon honor their service obligation; I will never know, but I will not be going back to them again for any service or purchase in the future.

It was a while ago but these guys are lousy...lousy approach towards sales and constant bullying approach to selling my wife a car. Very underhanded when it came time to pricing/financing. The Van i got there years ago is falling apart (not their fault) and the service continues to be OK...not great.

I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership. After walking out of two dealerships earlier in the day for unsatisfactory service, this dealership was a pleasure to do business. The gentlemen were very friendly and efficient. No sales pressure but there was interest. Smooth transaction, very accomodating.
