The sales individual I worked with was a no pressure but very informative person. He took his time with me, talked to me about all the options and laid out for me all the information I needed to make a decision. Told them up front I was gathering information, and wanted time to think about it and still, no pressure. Very understanding and helpful. I talked with other Honda dealerships locally and decided I felt most comfortable with them. Highly recommend.

We were in the market for an economical, yet stylish compact car for commuting purposes. We visited several dealerships in Columbia (Machens Nissan, Machens Volkswagen, Head Motor Company, & McCosh Chevrolet), prior to visiting with the Fletcher Honda team. Nicholas Khan, our sales rep, greeted us with exemplary courtesy, professional etiquette, and an enthusiastic focus on meeting our needs. While we felt forms of varying pressure at the other dealerships, we experienced none at Fletcher Honda; each sales representative we met with displayed unparalleled professionalism, courtesy, support, and a commitment toward customer satisfaction. My Review Of Frank Fletcher Columbia Honda:

Me and my husband went in a hour before closing just to look at prices. Right after we sat down Michele Benjamin had pulled several keys out for us to look at several vehicles in our price range. That same night less than a hour later we had come to the conclusion that it would be a cash sell for the vehicle we had fallen in love with, as me and my husband knew we wouldn't be approved for financing so our only hope was to pay cash. The very next day I went up to look at the car and check up on the inspection and diagnostics on the car. Every thing was looking promising. It was finally time for us to purchase the vehicle at our set price and Mike said he wanted more for the vehicle, so we left very angry because we were told several times that we were getting the car. So we left and two phone calls later from the dealership we bought the car for the price that me and my husband had already set thanks to Danny.

It was the best car buying experience we've ever had. Our Saleperson, Robert was really great. He listened to what we wanted, showed us what we asked for. Salespeople at other dealerships were pushy. Robert never tried to convince us he let us choose and then made the process extremely easy. I was a pleasure working with him.

My Review Of Frank Fletcher Columbia Honda:

I was looking of Hyundai Veloster, so I made an inquiry online with Joe Machens Hyundai in Columbia,MO. I got their voice mail the very next day(Saturday) that they have a "huge variety"(exact word from the voice mail) of Hyundai Velosters. I went to Joe Machens Hyundai in Columbia,MO the same day to check it out. Their huge variety-only two Hyundai Velosters(manual). The guys I talked to searched online and found only one automatic Veloster 400 miles from Columbia,MO in color gray(I don't like gray). They also said that they would have car delivery somehow in 2-3 weeks and maybe there will be an automatic Veloster, yet they did not give me any promises. On Monday I went to Fletcher Honda and asked if they have any Hyundai Veloster---and I ended up getting brand-new Hyundai Veloster(with the color I like) on Tuesday morning with great help of Michele Benjamin(sales and leasing consultant from Fletcher Honda). The car was delivered from Joplin's Fletcher Hyundai dealership. I am very pleased with Fletcher Honda and deeply disappointed with Joe Machens.Good luck with your business Fletcher Honda. Huge thanks to Michele Benjamin. She is a wonderful person and great sales consultant. My brand new car is her magic work.

My Review Of Frank Fletcher Columbia Honda:

I went up there to look for a car for my boyfriend, but I fell in love with a new Honda Civic. Everyone was very nice and there was no pressure, but they gave me the information I needed to know to know that it could be something I could actually drive off. They looked at my old car and gave me a good trade in value and I drove off the lot with my new car a few hours later! They didn't act annoyed when I have a million questions and I didn't feel like I was being rushed. Amazing customer service!

My Review Of Frank Fletcher Columbia Honda:

It has been some time since I was in the dealership but I have to say that when I came across this site I could not just sit back and keep my mouth shut. I felt when I went into the dealership that I was a piece of juicy steak and I swear I heard "RELEASE THE HOUNDS!" before I was cornered by a sales person from 3 different directions.

At this point they didn't even know why I was there. They acted like rabid dogs and when they finally settled who would be assisting me I ended up with a kid who didn't know a radiator cap from the oil cap. He was unversed on his product line and didn't seem to have the information about anything I asked. He was continuously going to his manager for one thing or another. He wanted me to drive a car...any car. He didn't care if I wanted to drive it or not.

In the end when I said I was just starting shopping he pressured me for another appointment to come in and wanted to know WHEN I was buying.

I would not go back to this dealership again. They really need to get their act together.

My Review Of Frank Fletcher Columbia Honda:

First we went to the "M" guys in town and got poor service, a sales manager trying to pressure us to close the deal. We walked out and went to Fletcher. From the beginning there was no "high pressure" salesman, just genuine down to earth associates that actually enjoy assisting their customers. They didn't have exactly what we wanted on the lot, so instead of pushing something else on us, they found the car we wanted. It wasn't easy on them, took over 3 weeks to find the car we wanted. The entire time they would casually check in with a phone call to let us know we were not forgotten and that they were still looking for the car. We were so impressed that we wouldn't even talk to the other dealer anymore. If you are looking for the "non-typical"(that's a good thing!) car buying experience go to Fletcher! They are great and I will highly recommend them to anyone!
