I am absolutely thrilled. Everyone was so courteous and professional and I was treated very well. I got the exact car I had been wanting, a Dodge Charger SXT, and i'm absolutely in love with it. Michael was very knowledgeable and extremely determined and dedicated to get me the best deal possible and without a doubt he succeeded. I am very grateful and could not be happier with everything and when its time to upgrade to another Dodge Charger, I will definitely be going back to see him! Thanks a million! :)

i set up an online appointment to have my truck worked on , I never received a confirmation could not get in contact with anyone in the service department. took my truck over on Thursday morning dropped it off was told that they would diagnose my problem and contact me to see what I wanted to do with it. It is now Saturday afternoon still no word and still can't get in touch with anyone in the service department, i have bought my last three vehicles here . but will not use them again.

This is my second new car purchased at Frank Fletcher Dodge. My first was a 2010 Charger in 2009. Today I purchased a 2012 Dodge Challenger.The overall experience was great.All of the staff were very friendly and curtious.The dealership is very clean and organized and I would highly recommend them to everyone.
