My Review of Frank Kent:
I was not allowed a test drive but they refused to give me a trade in value on my car without drive it. They left me in the lobby for over an hour and did not acknowledge my existence until they had their numbers ready. Once called into the salesmans office (Ron), I was lowballed on my car and there were was no dealing with them. They had the same car as mine for double the price in their lot. After showing me their one and only deal, they ushered me out the door. This dealership is NOT customer friendly and does not want to sell their cars (at least on their high end cars). Do not deal with them!!!!

My Review of Frank Kent:
I'm in the middle of a horrible experience with their sales staff. Seems they've acquired a car that's a bit out of their league and the deal has been mishandled/misrepresented from the beginning.

When trying to discuss matter with sales staff, I get the 'fast talker' mentality from them where they just keep spouting crap and not provide an opportunity for the customer to talk.

The salesman even resorted to a 'well we have other contracts on the car already' statement which basically means they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER!

If you don't mind being lied to and treated as a number, go see these guys. If you want real professionalism, go elsewhere.
