My Review of Frank Myers Auto Sales:
Robert, Ritch and Tracy were good to work with. They listened to me and not talking at me like most salesmen do. My 2008 Ford Explorer that I bought is like new. The payments I got were lower than what I asked for. The interest rate was also better than expected even though it is always nice to have it lower. I wasn't pushed into anything like I usually feel I am by salespeople. The price was good considering how nice my suv is. I got service coupons for my first oil change free in service department and thats a nice touch.They have called me in customer service 3 times already to see if I am happy. My after-the-sale service experience was supurb. This is where I will buy my next car.

My Review of Frank Myers Auto Sales:
My family has purchased 2 vehicles at Frank Myers Auto Sales. It is the first place we go when we are ready to find a new car for our family.

The staff that I have dealt with have always been so great in helping us. I will let them know what my price range is, what our needs are, and they will give me many different cars to choose from.

An AMAZING example of how Frank Myers Auto Sales is wanting to go the extra mile for their customers is the following experience with my most recent car purchase: I had already done the paperwork for the car, filled out everything and then 2 days later I got a phone call from them asking me to come back up there. I called, wondering what I had missed in the paperwork. ACTUALLY, they had somehow found me a CHEAPER rate than they had originally financed the car at and wanted me to come back up to sign the new paperwork with the cheaper rate!?! I was stunned and thankful.

There are always a great selection of cars, everything from a good family car to a great sports car. There are always a good selection of price ranges, from "I need a car to get by that is cheaper" to "I'm ready to step up". The staff is very knowledgeable and not at all pushy, which I'm very grateful for as well.

You won't be disappointed if you stop at Frank Myers Auto Sales because they really DO live up to their motto of "Everybody Rides".

My Review of Frank Myers Auto Sales:
Actually went to this dealer by mistake. I gave my sister a ride there to buy a car because hers broke down. She bought a car and I got an suv. Sometimes the staff is overly friendly (if there is such a thing). They were constantly asking me if I was ok, offering me drinks, asking me if I had been assisted but none of this in a pushy way. While my sister was on a test drive, I was looking around and found an Explorer I liked so I asked to drive it to kill some time. Daniel was my salesperson. Can't pronounce his last name but this guy was super professional, friendly and knowledgeable. So I liked the Explorer and bought it. Got a lifetime engine warranty for free. This was 5 months ago and no problems out of my suv or my sisters Pontiac G6 either. Several follow up calls and letters from customer service and Daniel after we bought to make sure we were still happy. The only reason that I didn't give them 5's is that 5's are perfect and I think there is always room for improvement in all businesses.

I have been trying to finance a car for more than 4 months and dealerships kept telling me no because of my horrible credit. As a matter of fact, most dealers were rude or just ignored me when they found out I had bad credit. As a last resort, I saw a commercial for Frank Myers Auto Sales and they said that "Everybody Rides". I didn't have anything to lose so I drove almost an hour to find them. I am glad I did. They helped me get into an awesome vehicle that was less than 3 years old AND it had a warranty. Very friendly staff that bent over backwards to help me and my kids get into a car. Thank you!
