My Review of Frank Myers Auto Sales:
Actually went to this dealer by mistake. I gave my sister a ride there to buy a car because hers broke down. She bought a car and I got an suv. Sometimes the staff is overly friendly (if there is such a thing). They were constantly asking me if I was ok, offering me drinks, asking me if I had been assisted but none of this in a pushy way. While my sister was on a test drive, I was looking around and found an Explorer I liked so I asked to drive it to kill some time. Daniel was my salesperson. Can't pronounce his last name but this guy was super professional, friendly and knowledgeable. So I liked the Explorer and bought it. Got a lifetime engine warranty for free. This was 5 months ago and no problems out of my suv or my sisters Pontiac G6 either. Several follow up calls and letters from customer service and Daniel after we bought to make sure we were still happy. The only reason that I didn't give them 5's is that 5's are perfect and I think there is always room for improvement in all businesses.

My Review of Frank Myers Auto Sales:
I have been trying to finance a car for more than 4 months and dealerships kept telling me no because of my horrible credit. As a matter of fact, most dealers were rude or just ignored me when they found out I had bad credit. As a last resort, I saw a commercial for Frank Myers Auto Sales and they said that "Everybody Rides". I didn't have anything to lose so I drove almost an hour to find them. I am glad I did. They helped me get into an awesome vehicle that was less than 3 years old AND it had a warranty. Very friendly staff that bent over backwards to help me and my kids get into a car. Thank you!
