My Review of Frank & Sons Body Works:
My 2001 BMW 325 was brought there after a collision with a guard rail. They repaired the car in a timely fashion but returned it to me with the following problems:

Headlight loose, not bolted down (almost fell out)
Grill not secured properly
Front & rear bumpers crooked on all 3 axis
Hood on crooked
Brake duct missing

Since then the car has been back four times. I have continued to ask them to fix the car properly but it still has the following problems after 5 visits:

Front and rear bumpers crooked on 2 axis
Brake duct missing

Please note they did NOT fix the grill or headlight after two attempts. I fixed these myself in 10 minutes in my garage with a wrench and no automotive repair experience.

Also, every time my car was returned to me it was returned with more and more swirls and scratches in the paint.

Overall I feel they are careless and incompetent. They have since refused to fix my car even though it has still not been fixed properly. I had to bring the car to another body shop and pay out of pocket to have them fix what Frank's did not fix properly and also repair the additional damage Franks caused.

They also overcharged me for new tires by about $200. The tires cost me $700 when they should have cost me $500.

Avoid this repair shop at all costs.
