My Review of Frankel Cadillac Pontiac GMC:
I just took delivery of my brand new 2009 Cadillac CTS. Not only do I love my new car, I also had the best buying experience of my life. I've bought numerous cars in my lifetime but never received service like this. It started from the first handshake with my nothing but professional sales person, to the cleanest new car I've ever driven away from a dealership in 40 years of buying cars. Everything I was promised was delivered including a few extras on the way out the door. Clean, professional, no nonsense way of doing business. I will be telling all my Friends about Frankel Cadillac Pontiac GMC in Owings Mills and of those of you I don't know I will reccomend the same...Happy buying!!! "It's not just a car it's a Frankel." Now I get it!!!
