My Review of Frederick Supermarket of Cars:
This was by far the easiest, quickest and most pleasurable experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Kirk responded to my inquiry very quickly and was able to get me started in the vehicle purchasing process. My application was easy to fill out and it's review and response was very fast. The dealership was spotless and every employee was very kind and helpful. The signing and filling out of the paperwork was quick and I was driving my new Cruze home in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Kirk and Frederick to anyone and everyone looking for a new vehicle.

Frederick Supermarket of Cars was excellent! I highly recommend them to everyone that is in the process of looking for a new (or used) vehicle. The service was fantastic and the Internet Sales Manager, Kirk, was extremely patient and very informative in helping me with my search for a new car. I absolutely LOVE my 2011 Chevy Cruze and was super pleased with my overall experience. Kirk took his time to talk to me and explain all of the cars features and even worked with me when it came to my monthly payments! I have never been to such a wonderful dealership and will continue to recommend them to all of my family and friends! I even keep Kirks business cards in my wallet and hand them out when someone asks me where I got my new car! Thanks for EVERYTHING Kirk!

Cheri Kaplan has been my salesperson for about 15 years and she is always friendly and helpful. She and Rick Depugh in the service department are the reasons I continue to buy at Frederick Chevrolet. Rick is always so friendly and easy to work with. If I need extensive work done on my car, Rick is always helpful in getting me a loaner car. I have found cars slightly cheaper at other dealers but I always come back to Frederick to buy because of the excellent service there.

I was overwhelmingly pleased with the service I received from Kirk at Frederick Supermarket of Cars. As a new buyer Kirk talked me through everything and made me feel comfortable with my investment. He was able to match my desired budget right on with no strings attached. After we signed on the dotted line he spent extra time showing me all the new features before I drove off the lot, and made sure to follow up the next week to thank me again and let me know I could contact him with any questions. It made my buying experience simple and a no-brainer and I thank Kirk for that. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!!

My Review of Frederick Supermarket of Cars:
I found my 2004 Vette on the Internet, and contacted Kirk about the car. With only 19K miles it's as close to new as you can get for an 8 year old car, and was exactly the same as a vette I had owned back then. I live too far for a visit to the dealership. Kirk sent me a video of the car in such detail as to even be sure to mention the tiny nick on the front bumper. Then he made me a deal I couldn't refuse, and on top of all that, he personally delivered the car right to my front door. What a guy! Thanks Kirk

My Review of Frederick Supermarket of Cars:
I am very pleased with my vehicle purchase from Frederick Chevrolet. My salesperson was Cheri Kaplan and she was very helpful and went above and beyond during my purchase. I received a large rebate coupon in the mail the day after I purchased my car and they actually honored it. I know it was alot of extra work on their part, but I really appreciated it. The service lounge is very nice, complete with Keurig coffee, comfortable chairs, and a large television. The showroom is well lit and comfortable. During the purchase time, Cheri actually offered me a drink or snack while I was waiting. I did have to come in for a recall, and I was given a loaner car while the repair was done in a timely manner. My only suggestion would be to offer a car wash for those who come in for such repairs. I realize a recall is not the dealers fault, but this would be exceptional service for an inconvenience on the customer, I know several dealers in the area that do a wash/ vacuum complementary whenever there is service done on the vehicle. Overall, I feel that Frederick Chevrolet does an excellent job! Thank you again, Cheri!
