My Review Of Freeland Chevrolet :
JUST BOUGHT A NEW 2012 SILVERADO 2500HD FROM THIS DEALER. I HAVE BEEN RESEARCHING ALL LOCAL DEALERSHIPS (4) RELENTLESSLY FOR THE PAST WEEK, AND FROM THE VERY FIRST PHONE CALL, I SET THIS DEALER APART. I HAD BEEN IN CORRESPONDENCE WITH DEALERS CLOSE TO MY HOME, AND I HAD TO CALL CONSTANTLY TO GET INFORMATION FROM THEM.THEY WOULD NOT CALL ME BACK AFTER MY LAST TWO PHONE CALLS. I ALMOST DECIDED TO NOT BUY A TRUCK YET BECAUSE ALL THE HASSLE I HAD TO GO THROUGH. THEN I CALLED FREELAND CHEVY. FARON STOUT ANSWERED THE PHONE AND IMMEDIATELY PROCEDED TO ASK ME WHAT I WANTED AND IF I WAS AWARE OF ALL CURRENT REBATES,AND SOLD ME ON VISITING THIS DEALER. WITHIN MINUTES, LLOYD HARRIS CALLED ME BACK WITH VEHICLES THAT FIT MY CRITERIA AND WAS PREPARED TO ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS ABOUT REBATES AND OPTIONS ON EACH TRUCK. HE ASKED ME WHEN I COULD COME DOWN FOR A TEST DRIVE, AND I TOLD HIM AROUND 10:30 AM TOMORROW MORNING. I ARRIVED 30 MINUTES LATE AND FOUND THAT THE TRUCK I WAS MOST INTERESTED IN WAS RETRIEVED FROM ANOTHER LOT AND SITTING IN FRONT OF THE MAIN BUILDING, WAITING FOR ME. I FELT EVEN MORE VALUED AT THIS POINT. AFTER WALKING IN THE SHOWROOM, I DISCOVERED THAT LLOYD WAS BUSY WITH ANOTHER GUEST. WHILE I WAS WAITING, LEE LINTON CAME OVER TO FILL IN WHILE LLOYD WAS BUSY. LEE GAVE ME THE KEYS AND LET ME TAKE IT FOR A DRIVE, ALL THE TIME ASWERING MY QUESTIONS. BEFORE WE DECIDED ON A PARTICULAR TRUCK, LEE HAD TO TAKE ME TO 3 DIFFERENT LOTS TO PICK APART TRUCKS BASED ON OPTIONS AND FEATURES. LEE WAS VERY PATIENT AND ACCOMIDATION THE WHOLE WAY THROUGH. LLOYD CAME OVER AND APPOLIGIZED FOR BEING BUSY INITIALLY , AND LET MY WIFE AND I KNOW THAT HE WOULD ASSIST US AND LEE IN ANY WAY HE COULD. IN SHORT, FARON, LLOYD ,AND LEE WERE EXTRAORDINARY TO WORK WITH, AND EVERYONE I CAME INTO CONTACT WITH AT THE DEALER GREATED ME WITH A SMILE. DEFINITELY WORTH THE 48 MILES I DROVE ONE WAY TO GET TO THEM. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! WELL DONE GUYS !
