My Review Of Fremont Toyota:

I been to other dealers and spoke to many salesman but this paticular dealership gave me a great service and help me with the car that i want, instead of pushing me to buy cars i dont want like other cardealers do. But overall i believe and i will definitely recomend Mr. Robert Taguinod to my family members who is buying an afforable car or a car of their dreams. Actually i gave my cousin his phone number and set up an appointment so he can look at the car well best of luck...

My Review Of Fremont Toyota:

Buyers Beware:
If you are considering purchasing a car from Fremont Toyota, think again. The sales associate quoted me a price for the car, fully loaded with 2 separate $1000 rebates. One for being a new grad and one for paying cash. I was given this price in writing, the vehicle was ordered and was told it would be ready in a week. I was also given the option to finance the vehicle with 0% APR, but still get the $1000 new grad rebate.

The car arrived in 3 days, great! Walk in, cash ready, only to be told the cash rebate does not apply and that if I would like to use the $1000 new grad rebate, I need to finance the vehicle, but not at the 0% APR I was garaunteed, but at a 2.99% interest rate. Turns out the sales person didn't understand the promotion and never spoke with the sales manager before finalizing the price.

I spoke with the sales manager, Abdel Rghai, and described him my situation: that I walked in to the dealership, promised a price for a vehicle in writing, only to be told none of the promotions I was being offered applied. He tried to talk me into financing and basically punished me for wanting to pay cash. He then told me that there was nothing else he could do, and that if I didn't want the car, someone else would be willing to pay for it and to take my business elsewhere.

As I was trying to get advice from my family member during this deal, the sales associate made me feel incompetent by telling me that I should decide for myself instead of having someone else pull strings for me (my family member).

I was shocked that Mr. Rhgai would not uphold the promotions that I was offered in writing by the sales associate. This dealership is greedy and it is obvious the customer does not matter at Fremont Toyota.

Shame on you.

My Review Of Fremont Toyota:

We came to Fremont to help our sister buy her first car. David Briones help us out and he was so great! He explain things to us and show my sister as if he were buying the car for his daughter. He understand that she is young and does not have lot of driving experience. He seem to really care about his customer more than just trying to make a sell. Definitely look for David if you are looking to buy a car. I would highly recommend and you won't be disappoint. He is friendly and very helpful. He also help us call our insurance company as we were not totally prepare when we came in to buy a car. Definitely look for David Briones when you are there!

When I Go to Fremont Toyota to have my Oil changed or my truck serviced I know that I will be in good hands. I have always been leery of mechanics or service writers, but at Fremont Toyota, I feel assured that they will do the best for me. I thank them all the time and they don't know it, because when I get on the road I am thankful They took care of my truck.

My Review Of Fremont Toyota:

Our Prius has been serviced at Fremont Toyota almost from its first mile - now at 280K, we are very satisfied with everything Fremont Toyota has done. Routine service is always performed efficiently, and the rare major problems (like replacing the catalytic converter) have been handled well. The consistency of long-term service managers like Steve Sako and Ramiro Orozco makes Fremont Toyota an exceptional organization.

My Review Of Fremont Toyota:

I had a pleasant purchasing experience, but I had to have new tail lights installed as the ones on the vehicle I purchased had been stolen. I was told on Saturday that my new truck would be ready for pick up on Monday. I had to call the service department 4 times on Monday to try and get an update on the status of my vehicle. At one point the receptionist looked up my truck and told me that it was being worked on. It took me 4 hours to get a hold of the service manager, Israel, who was in charge of my truck. I had left him a message & tried to have him paged. I also tried to speak to another manager, but none were available for me. I ONLY WANTED AN UPDATE ON MY VEHICLE. Finally, when I told the receptionist I was on my way to pick up the truck, she was able to get Israel on the phone. He was surprised that my sales rep. didn't call me to update me....I don't think it was my sales persons responsibility to call me, since my truck was in the service department and had been assigned to a service manager. (besides that I happen to know my salesperson is off on Monday/Tuesdays).
ALL I NEEDED WAS SOME FORM OF COMMUNICATION! I wasn't asking for anything more than what I should have gotten.
My truck is supposed to ready today (Tuesday) and I've been told it will be delivered to me at work. (fingers crossed).
I would recommend the dealership for purchasing a vehicle, but if this is how the service department operates, i'll be looking to take my maintenance some place else.

My Review Of Fremont Toyota:

Leo was very friendly to help us to search around the car. Once he discovered that I have spoke with a sale person, he changed his attitude and be very rude and reject to service me. That's day was my day to try on all plug in car in different brand so I can decide which one to buy. I have a Toyota before and Toyota got my information because I bring my car to service. The sale person that I spokw over the phone on Friday is not working on Sunday. Is that mean I need to stop shopping because he is not there? Should I fit my own time on shopping car or your sale person time???

Toyota need to work on customer Service skill and commission issue on Sale Team!!!
