My experience with Friendly Chevrolet was AMAZING!! Michael Cady was very informative when I contacted the dealership and when I came down he hooked me up with their great sales staff. Then I met Joe in finance. He was awesome! The professionalism was outstanding and I would recommend everyone I know to buy their car from Friendly Chevrolet. I've had bad experiences in the past at car dealerships, but when I came to Friendly it was awesome. Thanks again for selling me my 2010 Equinox! That's my baby! And I love it!

My experience at this dealership has helped change my perception of "used car salesmen". Everyone at Friendly was exactly that, a pleasure to do bussiness with. I worked with Ken Brett and he did everything he could to make this purchase go smoothly. I cant say enough about Ken and the rest of the staff. When I need another car this is where I will go .

My Review of Friendly Chevrolet of Puyallup:
Customer service by salesman Ken Brett was top notch. He was friendly, personable, and did his best to please me as the customer. Other staff were also personable and friendly, which made overall experience very good. Finance pushed too hard for extra warranty, so I would suggest easing up on the customer when they have had to say several times through the process that they don't want extra coverages. That made me mark more "good" scores than "great", but not for salesman Ken Brett-he was A plus & I would highly recommend him to others.

We only so much cash to buy a used car. We found the car and Steve met all our needs. Also they found a problem with the car fix it before we left the lot. Anyone that needs new and used car go to Friendly Chevrolet of Puyallup and ask for Steve....

Our salesman(Eric Ubeleacker) and the dealership he works for(Friendly Chevrolet of Puyallup, Washington) went out of their way to find the car we were looking for. They were professional,courteous, and made what is usually a difficult process, very comfortable and customer friendly. Also their finance manager(Joe Dennis) was a huge help in getting us the best rates. Thank you to all of them for a very pleasant experience. We certainly would recommend them to all our freinds and family.

Even though I did not have an appointment on a Saturday Brandon was more than helpful getting me in and showing me what needed to be done to my vehicle for regular maintenance. My Review of Friendly Chevrolet of Puyallup:
Ken tried very hard to find a truck with the preferences I wanted (regular cab & short wheelbase in blue granite).

When he could not locate a vehicle for a dealer trade, Ken did not try to pressure me into something I didn't really want.

Due to chevrolet factory management problems Friendly was unable to place a factory order for a new Silverado 1500 WT. This was not the fault of the dealership.

Ken and the staff at friendly were very courteous and treated me with respect.

I was very impressed with the Ken's professionalism and conduct when he apologized for not being able to provide me with a new truck

I will not hesitate to return to Friendly, even though I did not purchase they offered me the opportunity to join Friendly's preferred owner program and welcomed me to come back for my service needs.

I very much appreciated Mr. Hazlett's calm & clear explanations and his perseverance in getting me a deal I finally felt I could handle. He was able find me exactly the kind of truck I was looking for. Mr. Dennis's clear explanations of the whys & wherefores of the various ways of financing helped me make an understandable (to me) decision, as well.
