My Review of Front Range Auto Inc.:
Very pleasant experience, no hassle deal, which I feel was very fair. Hard to choose a vehicle they were all very clean and nice. We financed with a credit union and didn't even have to go there, it was all handled at the dealership. Alfonso was very professional and really listened to us as far as what filled our needs

My Review of Front Range Auto Inc.:
I purchased a 2000 Dodge Stratus from Front Range Auto on Nov 15, 2008 (Ricky Duncun) was the salesman. Immediately after purchasing the vehicle the service engine light came on and the vehicle had a high pitch whistle sound when cold. I called Ricky, he told me to bring it back and they would take care of it. After leaving the vehicle with them for 5 days they said all it needed was a gas cap. Immediately after I picked the vehicle up and drove off the lot, the high pitch whistle started again, the next day the service engine light came on again. I called Ricky and he said to bring it back, I brought the vehicle back several days later as I was unable to get over there. After they had the vehicle for more than 6 days, he said it was fixed. The day after I picked up the vehicle it started missing real bad when it warmed up and the high pitch whistle sound was still there. I called Ricky back and he said to bring the car back, it took me a few days to get the car over to him as my wife injured her back and we were out of town. After leaving the vehicle with Front Range Auto for more than five days, Ricky told me that the valve cover gasket are leaking into where the spark plugs are and that is what is causing the engine miss. He said the owner will only pay for half the repairs since he has already put so much into this vehicle. I told him that I did not want them to touch the vehicle again as they want to use their onsite mechanic and not bring it to a dealership. After driving the vehicle today the service engine light is on again for the third time. The bottom line is that I have owned the vehicle for five weeks, since that time Front Range Auto has had the vehicle for at least half if not more of the time. I do not believe they are willing to bring the vehicle to a real mechanic and pay for it to be fixed probably. As a used car dealership I would never recommend them to anyone and I feel they live up to the bad reputation that used car dealers get, they only care about the sale.

My Review of Front Range Auto Inc.:
My business was handled horribly. Not only did they sell the car I wanted before I even got over there for my apointment, but they failed to tell me about it. I had my fiance drive over there this morning to see it and it wasn't there. I called the agent at 9am and she said to the best of her knowledge it hadn't been sold, and I didn't hear from her for the rest of the day. I got off of work early to drive to meet her and was in the car at my place at 4pm, ready to go with the title to my trade, and when I called to confirm the apointment she told me IT SOLD YESTERDAY and "she was just looking for my number to call me." I'm sure she was!
These people are obviously only in the business for the money, and don't know how to treat a customer. If you don't mind the hassle of dealing with stereotypical used car dealers then their prices seem fair, but if you're like me and like to get good customer service when you're shelling out $12,000 for a car, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
