My Review of Frontier Infiniti:
I had a very bad experience with Frontier Infiniti's service department.

Frontier refused to accept my check, although the account is many years old and had ample funds. Frontier uses a check verification company called Certegy, who politely explained to me that since Bank of the West does not hand out info over the phone to strangers, they decline checks from BotW.

Frontier's receptionist confirmed that they often decline BotW checks.

If anyone at Frontier had told me this initially, I could have saved a useless rush-hour trip to and from their store and an unpleasant 30 minutes at the store by bringing cash; better yet I could avoid this business completely.

My Review of Frontier Infiniti:
Took car for repair, could not find the problem. Charged 140$
Got the same problem after a week.
This time problem fixed, covered by warantee.
I insisted on having the money returned they accepts. Six months no payment. Called three times, yet no luck. I am gonna take them to small claims

My Review of Frontier Infiniti:
I've been getting service assistance from Steve sinece 2003. Our begining was bad. Every issue requries 2 or more visits to before the repair is correct. He committs to memory instead of write down the customer requests. Service still has not improved. I've requested reassignment to another service consultant. This dealer provides excuses not service.

My Review of Frontier Infiniti:
Car had a dent on delivery, was not washed, inside had dust, leather had defect. They should have at least gone through the car completely before selling it. They had a 'quality' card inside when I picked it up and signed by the service dept (total sham). All in all, this dealership is very incompetent towards customer service and they do not even try accomodate. This is their exact quote from their GM and Sam (salesperson) - "Nothing is perfect." It took 3 trips to this place to fix things that should've have been fixed before I received the car. This place is a joke and I would recommend buying your car somewhere else.
