Amy was excellent to work with...not only did i buy a new RAM from her, my son came in later and bought a new Challenger from Amy. She is friendly, courteous, diligent, knowledgeable, brave, courageous and true.

My Review Of Fury Motors:

I bought my Jeep Compass from Fury Motors. I worked with Joe Leonard, who was so helpful throughout the whole process. I had just gotten into an accident and needed a new car as soon as possible, and he made sure that happened. He knew a lot about Jeeps and help me pick out which model was right for me. Once I picked out the Jeep Compass, he found one that had all the features I wanted. Everything went smoothly, and the best part, I didn't have to spend hours at the dealership! It was a wonderful experience, and I won't buy a car from anyone else!

I brought my 2005 Jeep in for a oil change over my lunch hour yesterday. While I was waiting, Amy gave me the freedom to just walk around all the Jeeps on the lot without putting on the "sales" pressure. Amy answered all my 2013 and 2014 Jeep questions; gave me personal attention knowing I am not ready to buy, and offered to email literature and quotes to help with my new Jeep selection. No high pressure sales, genuinely interested in finding the right Jeep for me at my pace! What a great sales idea from a great sales associate!

My Review Of Fury Motors:

This is my first experience dealing with Fury South St. Paul and it far exceeded my expectations. I contacted the dealership in email explaining what I was looking for in a vehicle and payment. As with most people, my time is valuable and I know the dealers can at least tell me if we're in the ballpark as far as where I want to be payment wise based on my trade in payoff, etc. They didn't miss a beat! Karen came back with a payment exactly what I was looking for in a van that was exactly what I was looking for and she got the payment approved ahead of time. I've had several Dodge/Chrysler vans in the past so I knew a test drive wasn't necessary. She knew my time was valuable and treated it as such. I filled out as much paperwork as I could ahead of time. I got to the dealership where I was greeted warmly by Karen and she showed me the van - which I LOVED! She handed me over to Bob who got all my paperwork filled out. He had most of it pre-filled out, there was no high-pressure sales pitch to buy more extended warranties, which I greatly appreciated because frankly, my payment was where I could afford it and no matter how great a deal he gave me, I couldn't afford for my payment to go any higher. I was in and out of the dealer in an hour. Once Bob was done, he took me back to Karen who proceeded to show me all the bells and whistles in the van, synched my phone up to the radio for me and showed me how to stream music from my phone to my radio. Answered all my questions. Couldn't ask for any better service.

Seriously, this was above and beyond and my BEST car buying exerpience ever!!! We will definitely be going back to Fury South St. Paul and I will definitely be referring people to Fury and Karen & Bob!

A+ for this place!!! Looking for a car sucks and I always feel that I'm being tricked or lied to or the customer service usually is over done. I do my research and I know I'm not an idiot, so while I shopped around at multiple places- and left.. it was Aaron's real life, not stupid sales pitchy attitude that kept my attention and I walked away with a new car. I felt comfortable wheeling and dealing prices and questions and he kept complete patience with me. I appreciate all the help and the excellent customer service!

Arron was excellent, we have been all over the city looking for a car and we knew we wanted a dodge. We looked on the internet and went to all the dealers but for some reason we when to Fury last. Boy am I disappointed we wasted all that time. We should have gone there first. We met arron and wow was he great to deal with. He was much more relaxed than the high presure people we had been talking to but he still gave us alot of information about everything we were looking at and made great suggestions. He so nice to my wife and kids the kids want to go back and see him again next weekend. :) He made buying a car fun and Fury was awesome on finacing and everyone there seemed happy to be at work. I AM going back there for the next car I need and I will recommend all my freinds go there to.
