My Review Of Fury Motors:
This is my first experience dealing with Fury South St. Paul and it far exceeded my expectations. I contacted the dealership in email explaining what I was looking for in a vehicle and payment. As with most people, my time is valuable and I know the dealers can at least tell me if we're in the ballpark as far as where I want to be payment wise based on my trade in payoff, etc. They didn't miss a beat! Karen came back with a payment exactly what I was looking for in a van that was exactly what I was looking for and she got the payment approved ahead of time. I've had several Dodge/Chrysler vans in the past so I knew a test drive wasn't necessary. She knew my time was valuable and treated it as such. I filled out as much paperwork as I could ahead of time. I got to the dealership where I was greeted warmly by Karen and she showed me the van - which I LOVED! She handed me over to Bob who got all my paperwork filled out. He had most of it pre-filled out, there was no high-pressure sales pitch to buy more extended warranties, which I greatly appreciated because frankly, my payment was where I could afford it and no matter how great a deal he gave me, I couldn't afford for my payment to go any higher. I was in and out of the dealer in an hour. Once Bob was done, he took me back to Karen who proceeded to show me all the bells and whistles in the van, synched my phone up to the radio for me and showed me how to stream music from my phone to my radio. Answered all my questions. Couldn't ask for any better service.
Seriously, this was above and beyond and my BEST car buying exerpience ever!!! We will definitely be going back to Fury South St. Paul and I will definitely be referring people to Fury and Karen & Bob!
