Kristie (not sure if i spelled correctly) she is manager of service department. She said if u were not happy with our service why are u coming back. I asked I would like to see one level above you. She said " I'm it this is the highest you can go. She was so rude . Fire her she against customers and cares only about her staff First time i went there for 4 hrs what made it worse there was NO one working on my car For 2 hrs George said hes out to lunch 2hrs? However above the supervisor of service was my worst experience at that location.

No. I already sent an email to the General Manager and my Sales person from which I bought the vehicle, along with the generic Service Department email address. I RECEVIED NO RESPONSE. I have already cancelled my remaining service contract (did same day I received poor service from the Service Manager). I cannot think of a single thing a CSManager can do now. Furthermore, this is another prime example of where you are trying to direct your former customer to do something, instead of your organization taking the iniative to reach out directly. Another true example of poor customer service!
