My Review of Galpin Ford:
It took far to long to complete the deal but with Home Depot x-Plan pricing we got our truck at 1% below dealer invoice and they gave us more for our trade than any other dealer. Not funny numbers either as we stated with the dealer invoice and then added the trade so the numbers could not get lost in the deal.

My Review of Galpin Ford:
I built my perfect Mustang on the Galpin Ford website and submitted my request for a quote. An internet sales manager emailed me with a quote for this car and said he had pre-selected several models that matched what I was looking for. When I arrived for my appointment, I was introduced to another sales manager who took me into a lot the size of a football field and asked me to "just pick one". He had no knowledge of any preselected vehicles or the specifics of what I was looking for. When I asked if I could have a car built from the factory with my preferences, I was handed over to another sales manager who strongly persisted on selling me a car from their inventory. A couple days later, he called to say he located a vehicle with similar features to what I wanted, and offered a "very special deal" that was well over full MSRP than if we ordered a car from the factory. They also offered about half the KBB value for my trade in. I did not accept the deal. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience, I felt deceived and pressured. Buyer Beware!

While shopping for an SUV I had the opportunity to visit several car lots and found the best deal on the best truck for my needs, an Explorer.

I have taken my truck in for oil & lube and a few other things and have found all the people I've dealt with to be helpful and knowledgable.

Went there to try to close a deal on a car. I have less than perfect credit so I was told to come back with a co-signer. I got the co-signer with a 780 fico score. I still couldn't get approved. They wanted my co-signer to be the primary borrower and leave me out of the loan. They also refused to show me how much they would give for my trade-in. All there claims of wanting your trade-in and your past is past and we'll help you not be upside down on your loans are lies. They have misleading ads on radio and on their websites. This is my honest opinion, please beware of this dealership.

My Review of Galpin Ford:
Sounds like other reviewers are over-reacting... The Mustang GT with a manual trans is very difficult to find right now, and most dealerships are charging $3,000 to $5,000 over msrp. Not only did I get mine for MSRP, my salesperson drove out to Riverside to personally pick up the car to be sure I got it. They even cut me a deal for additional accessories at my request. The experience was absolutely flawless. My salesperson was Leonard Domka. Great guy who went the extra mile for me.
