My Review of Gambino Ford Inc:
I recently took my 2002 Explorer into this dealership for service. Unfortunately, what had started out to be a good experience turned bad when I got home and discovered that the trailer hitch on my truck was gone! I contacted the service department immediately and spoke with the Service writer Tom would said that he would check into it and call me back later in the day. When I had not gotten a call back as promised, I called Tom and he said that someone would call me the next day. Once again no call. The following day I called again, and was assured that someone would call the next business day. On Monday I received a call from the dealer stating that they could not possibly be responsible for items left in or on the car. This from Mr. Gambino himself. I would recommend that people NOT take their vehicles there for service because of this dissappearance, and most importantly because of the lack of followthrough and just lack of care of their customers property.
