My Review of Ganley Ford West:
I bought a new 2008 Ford Ranger 4x4 in november of 2007. i have had multiple problems with it. so many, it would take pages to explain. But, the major ones being; 2 blowouts in less than 15000 miles, and the bed liner flew out of the truck at 21000 miles. The loose bedliner flapped in the wind enough, that it scratched the bed rail of my truck, horribly. Ganley ford and the ford motor company have both denied any fault in the matter, and furthermore, has accused me of removeing the bed liner for a new paint job. They have had the truck fo 2 weeks. nothing done. I have contacted the general manager 3 times. no return call. every information i have obtained has been through me calling them. they have not called once until they decided they would not fix it. they told me i could buy some paint and fix it myself. this truck is still under a 36000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. they are very unprofessional, and i am tired of it. consumer protection is handling the caes now. I sincerely hope anyone who reads this will take heed to what i'm saying.
