This is the second car my household has gotten from Ganley Ford West in the last year, and everything went very smooth both times. I would definitely recommend working with them to purchase or lease your next vehicle. This most recent lease I worked with John Minniti, and he was very helpful and pleasant to work with. John was not pushy at all and helped me decide between three different models. When we couldn't get the pricing to where I was comfortable with, he brought in his manager Frank Waite to assist. Between the two of them and another manager Mike Hamilton, they were able to get me out the door in a 2017 Fusion, Titanium Edition for a great price. Then the final process of closing everything out with Tracy in the finance department was very quick and easy as well. Overall, the level of personalized service and attention to my needs was great and exceeded my expectations. Even the employees that I was not personally working with were all very friendly and welcoming in passing. Again, I would highly recommend this dealership for you next lease or purchase.

"Excellent Customer Service"
I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Focus on October 1, 2016. My main sales Rep was Scott Frye and I believe I was helped in the finance room by a gentlemen named Robert OR there was another gentlemen named Scott also. So sorry I didn't catch their last names. All these gentlemen treated me with kindness, all the steps in the purchasing process was explained to me on an easy level where I could understand. Purchasing a car is a huge deal and I always seem to have to go in without my husband or son for whatever reason. (By the way this is my second car purchase from this dealership) and I am extremely nervous. I am glad none of the salesmen rushed me in making a decision. It was in a sense as if they were holding my hand, LOL! I needed this type of attention. I honestly and truly am grateful for the attention given to me. These gentlemen were simply fantastic. I hope they all will still be there when I am ready 5 years from now to get another vehicle. Yes, oh, I am coming back.

I love my car. It rides so smooth. It's quiet. My 2012 Ford Focus was totaled in a serious accident on Sept. 14, 2016. When the car was hit, the Ford Sync system immediately dialed 911. Those godsend side airbags saved my husband's life!! Thank you Jesus. The 2012 car is small, but I tell you, that is one of the safest vehicles Ford is making! Great job.
