My Review of Ganley Jeep:
My friend recently traded in an automobile for one she liked. She brought it home but was told she could not get financing for that vehicle. It was paid off and the salesman she was dealing with was pulled off the deal and another salesman hit her with a higher payment for a lesser automobile. She believed the second salesman and manager and took the car they said she could buy. They did a bate and switch and she believed them and was cheated out of approximately $12,000 due to her innocense.

My Review of Ganley Jeep:
I went into the dealership on 3/5/2007 to assist my mom in obtaining a lease for a new Jeep Liberty. We did a lot of research online using jeep.com to view the latest incentives and what to expect for a lease price. The salesperson that we dealt with seemed clueless as to whether she would qualify for these incentives (she did qualify) and stalled the entire time. We asked for a yes/no answer if they could get us the price we were looking for. They gave us the runaround and didn't seem to honor the $500 coupon they had advertised in the Cleveland Plain Dealer the day before. And on top of that the place reeked of cigarette smoke, as if the sales staff actually smoked inside the showroom.

We ended up frustrated and tried to leave but they were holding my mom's driver's license so we couldn't leave without talking to the finance person first. I went in and demanded that they stop giving us the runaround and just leave in peace. It was an entirely unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would highly encourage others in the market for a Jeep vehicle to steer clear of Ganley Jeep in Middleburg. I know I will never set foot in there again and I've been a Jeep owner for 10 years (two cars). They have lost a customer for life and didn't seem very concerned when I told them as much.
