My Review of Ganley VW of Bedford:
Car broke down in cleveland.Had it towed to dealer.They said it was the fuel pump,covered under warranty.I picked the car up,they said they replaced the fuel filter,which I would have to pay for.I drove about 10 miles ,check engine light came on again.i called dealersip ,they told me there was nothing they could do until monday.even though there servive department was still open.So i had to call my dealership back home in pittsburgh and ask if it would make it home.My dealership fixed the problem and indecated fuel filter had nothig to do with the problem.I have called numerous times to get this charge for a fuel filter taken off my credit card.I have got nothing but the run around from this company.This company does not car about the customer or the quality of service
