My Review of Ganley:
my wife and i chose a honda element, after about a 3 hour wait we got the car, the salesman dissappeared and did not deliver the car to us, it was delivered with a nick and chip in windshield, which i called nick lorenzo the next day and he claimed it was road damage and would not cover it, i figured that with the lousy reputation the ganley chain has and also a nick and scratch in the passenger door, the car was not exactley cleaned like it should have been and we did not even know how to operate al the controlls in the car and dont even know if the spare tire is in it. one salesman put on 30 day tag and all that we had was the keys and drove off, the radio was not set, i mean the clock was not set, very surprised we got a tankful of gas in it. we never even recieved a follow up call to se if we had problems with it. my wife and i drove over 50 miles to get treated this shabbily, i would hope honda would correct this problem and pull the franchise ,but this will never happen. I guess the honda philosophy of treating the customer rite does not apply here

My Review of Ganley:
New Vehicle delivery consisted of handing me my keys outside the door, while raining, in total darkness. I had chose a different color car, so this is not the car that I test drove. I was told to call if I had any questions. I returned to the dealer the next business day to show them some body damage, that turned out to be transportation damge most likely from the chains. The dealer denied any responsibility of this (which only amounted to $215.00 to fix), so this was not covered by General Motors under my warrranty. The dealer further chose not to cover this repair for me. This is also the first dealer that did not obtain license plates for me. They were supposed to send me my memorandum license in the mail. I never got that either! When I called the dealer to let them know that I never received this, they AGAIN went on to tell me that I would just have to pay for a replacement! With this dealership, the CUSTOMER PAYS, PAYS, PAYS! I would NEVER deal with this dealership again, and I have been purchasing GM new vehicles for 26 years. DEAL AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!
