I had the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Everyone really went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and satisfied with my purchase. Annie, my sales rep as well as all the finance people went out of their way to get me into a vehicle I love at a price that wouldn't break my wallet. In these tough economc times, it's nice to see there are still good, honest people out there who value quality as well as making a living. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. In fact, I have a friend who might be leasing a vehicle from them. Garavel has top notch vehicles and superior customer service. I drove off the lot feeling confident that I had made the right choice and even though my sale took longer than most (finding a vehicle I wanted at the right price) I never felt pressured to get something just so a sale could be made. Other dealerships in the area could really learn a lot about how to treat customers just from one visit here.

Very good car buying experience! Ed and John were helpful and got me into the car I wanted in 48 hours from my first visit! Ed followed up with me after the purchase to make sure everything was 100% to my satisfaction. (which it was)

We were very impressed with the overall attentitiveness and professionalism we had with Keith. We had a recurrent problem with our transmission mechanism and had gone to several garages without sucess. I had recently ordered a new AEV (American Expedition Vehicle) hood for my new Jeep Sahara unlimited. The Service dept. under Keith Zarmebski's (senior service advisor) watchful eye replaced my hood in record time mobilizing most of the Service dept resources to ensure my vehicle was ready and my wait time was minimal. Keith kindly did this to minimize the disruption in my day since I was waiting for the vehicle to be ready and was under a tight deadline.

Yet again the team at Garavel continues to exceed my expectations in terms of service and delivery. I have no doubt you would be hard pressed to find that level of service detail and focus on the customer being #1 in any other dealerships around.
