The service I received was absolutely great!!! I never had to deal with high pressure tactics and everything was done low key!!!! David and this dealership clearly took my requests into considereation which was why we could do a deal. I would definitely recommend this dealership!!!

My Review of Garden State Honda:
The first time i went to buy a car it was nissan altima and i loved the car no doubt on that but the customer service was so bad at nissan dealership.They were just trying to sell me a car like they were paying for it and at garden state honda it wasn't like that, the guy gave me all kind of choices to pick so i really felt comfortable with that and not just trying to sell any car to me. He showed me all the deals and cars that were good in the market and i really like that. I would recommend everybody to meet tony when they go buy a car.

My Review of Garden State Honda:
Overall the experience was very good. The showroom was clea the staff very friedly and informative. All of our questions were answered professionaly. The only draw back would be that at the showroom where we bought our car there is no service facility. It is only 2 miles away, but it would be nice to have it at this location if oly for oil changes.

Sales Reps were -pleasant and helpful. Time spent picking up the car (waiting on finance) took as much time as it did to negotiate purchasing the car. A little disappointing.

I am still waiting for a call on additonal accessies purchased in July.

3 tires on my truck started to loose air i decided to take it back to Garden State being that a previous problem took to long at another dealer (Metro Honda, in JC), they ck the tires and came to the conclusion that they were defective,3 tires were order a few days later were installe in my truck, no problem since then

We were treated very well by our salesman Tao, our complaint is with how much time it took to finally drive the car away. We spent at least 4 hours at your dealership, and feel it was entirely too long.
Otherwise, we are very satisfied with the Civic, and also want to say we
had no problem with our salesman Tao, it was all the delay that was the problem.

My Review of Garden State Honda:
Salesteam let me decide on the best price they could offer. They did fight for me and I said yes as the car was in stock and not a leftover. A very modern dealership on Rt. 3 always caught my eye and I knew they had to be reliable to have a dealership so close to my home.

My Review of Garden State Honda:
The salesman was friendly and helpful. The negotiation for the price was fair and seemed like a good deal for me. The process of buying the car that I wanted (color, model extras) was favorable to me. I felt I walked away with a good deal and was happy with the advice of the salesman in helping me choose the model that suited me.

The service center for maintenance (oil change, etc.) was very fast and a comfortable, satisfying experience. Overall very happy with the car.
