I've been going to this dealership for several years, even under two previous owners. The service is courteous and thorough. From the moment I arrived for my 11 am Wednesday morning appointment, I was excited I was the only one in line. I was assisted right away by Art. He was very professional and personal. I came with coupo appointment, I was excited I was the only one in line. I was assisted right away by Art. He was very professional and personal. I came with coupons for an oil change and tire rotation, plus a recall. Art gave me a list of what else was being offered, but no pressure. That done, we ran into Miguel, a sales rep, who assisted us with a question and offered us water. He was also professional and personable. When we picked up our car, we also interacted with the parts dept. Navy assisted us with an expired coupon for parts. Our experience with Gardena Honda was a pleasure in each area. We would definitely recommend! More
