I'm a recent transplant to Plattsburgh, and I decided that I wanted to get a different vehicle; something better suited to north country conditions. I took a look at a few dealerships in the area (mostly on-line), and eventually found something I liked at Garvey. Brad Bernard made the buying process easy, and, dare I say, enjoyable? No pressure, no nonsense, and nothing at all like what I had experienced elsewhere. My budget was respected, my questions were answered, I didn't spend forever at the showroom, and I left with the car I wanted. Who knew I'd enjoy buying a car? I went to Garvey Hyundai and tested drive a jeep and a GMC terrain. I really like both vehicles but went inside after driving them. I sat with Brian to discuss what my payments would be,well I decided to GMC terrain. I really like both vehicles but went inside after driving them. But they were gone when I went back, so Brian ask me what I was looking for in a vehicle. So, I told him and I tried a Mitsubishi Outland and I like it. So, Brian told me how much I would be paying I felt comfortable with the payment. So, I went home and sold my jeep liberty because I was going to put cash down to help with the payment. After leaving Garvey Hyundai I thought about the Mitsubishi and I like the car but didn't love it. Brian told me that he wanted me to be happy with what I bought. So, the next day after coming home from work my husband said, do you like the Mitsubishi and I said not really I would like a jeep. So, I called Brian and told him that I wasn't taking the Mitsubishi I really want a jeep. Brian said to me I am so glad you told me that you do not like that Mitsubishi!!! He wanted me to be happy with something that I bought. I told him a seen a black jeep that they had there. So Brian looked up the payments and it was in my range. I asked, if I could test drive it, Brian said, that he get it ready for me. So, I drove the jeep and I was happy this is the vehicle. We sat down to see how much the price of the vehicle. It was right were I wanted to be. I bought the jeep and am very happy with my purchase. I could haven't done it without the help of Brian being knowledgeable,friendly and the great service that he provided to me to make this great purchase!! If anyone out there looking for great service and a great place to buy a vehicle, you need to go see Brian at Garvey Hyundai!!!. He will put you in a vehicle that you will be happy with purchasing. Monday my husband totaled his car. Wednesday it was deamed a total loss and that evening Brad at Garvey Hyundai had us starting to get paper work together.
