My Review of Gary Barbera's #1 Dodgeland:
I took my 14 month old vehicle to have the window repaired since it came off the track. It had been getting harder and harder to roll up and down. They refused to fix it under my warranty. They told me it appeared that someone tried to break into my car. However, there were no marks on the car or the rubber around the window. Then they told me someone had to have been pulling the window down manually, trying to break in; I have never left my car with the window down, even a crack!
I feel I have been treated unfairly. They have never had to put any money into my car.

My Review of Gary Barbera's #1 Dodgeland:
So after receiving an email from Eric with a nice big picture at the bottom of the Dodgeland logo, I decided to call in to the dealership and ask some questions.
The phone is answered by someone who is talking to people I am assuming are in his office (which confuses me immediately) and eventually says Hello? to me... I ask for Eric and the man says "this is Eric and Randy, what can I do for ya?" I say I am replying to an email from Eric and he immediately (and rather unpleasantly) says "we dont use email here" I say i received an email from Eric and the guy says "well, whatever, why are you calling?"... and it was steeply downhill form there... he began talking fast and prodding for immedsiate imformation and then ended the conversation really quickly ... not conversation, I dont know what to call it... there was laughter the entire time in teh background... and not so much as a good bye... he said shalom and then lots of laughter before the phone clicked dead... i couldnt even say good bye...
Horrible customer service from "Eric and Randy"... I'll bet they are all smiles in person but I would never want to see them in an office...
