Sold car that I gave deposit on.they never said word to me and while still holding my deposit ,they sold car to another buyer.they are dispicable.

My Review Of Gary Rome Kia:

Kia is the most unprofessional car company out there. My car has been in the shop 17 times in the last 12 months and they've never fixed the problem. I tried going to another Kia dealership and they said I have to go back to the original one due to "pre-existing conditions". Gary Rome Kia in Enfield is so unprofessional because they are ignoring my phone calls and calls from other Kia dealershi...ps. The service manager Brian denies and lies about his conversations with my vehicle with other dealerships and the Regional Manager Ken Domingas isn't cooperative either. I'm at the point now where I think I have no other choice but to go to the news station and give them my story. Good thing I documented everything since the beginning!

Excellence in service!
I was really running on a tight schedule and I needed to complete entire transaction, trade and purchase as soon as possible.
And they delivered!
It took just 24 hours to get it done. I still can't believe it.
The entire team was very friendly and professional.
I've been to several dealerships in my life, they nice people I can't complain.
But Gary Rome Kia team is the best I met so far.
I think I'm gonna stick with them.

My Review Of Gary Rome Kia:

I am a 56 year old women who has had most every new car known to man. From a Corvette, Camaro, Firebird, Kia (and many more throughout). As such, I have had to deal with as many car dealers and bad deals than one can imagine. To the point where I decided that I didn't want to own a car. After a few years, my husabnd and brother decided the taxi service was over; which leads me to Gary Rome Kia in Enfield CT.

Before going to Gary, I had gone to all of the local dealers in the Hartford area and relived the old days. My husband said that there was a Kia dealer in Enfield and we were taking a ride up.

I reluctantly went into the dealership where I was greeted by wonderful people, not hungry sales agents. I was immediately put on the defensive, given my history.

Moving along, I bought another Kia Sportgage - only this was a 2006. That day, Gary Rome came over to thank us for spending our money with his team. That was nice, odd but nice.

Anyway, we brought the car home ony to find out 4 months later that it didn't have any heat. Back in my mind, I said I knew it, and called the dealer. Much to my surprise I was greeted with apologies and a strong committment to fix the problem. As it turned out, not only did they fix the problem, but at no cost to me (although the warrantee was up).

In a nutshell I love my Kia and it runs like a charm. I often wonder why more people don't own Kia's. They come with most every option standard (my 1st Kia was the best), the price is reasonable and it drives wonderfully well, however, I learned an incredible lesson this time. It's all about the dealer and Gary Rome is the dealer.

There is a lot to be said for friendly, kind and fair business men and women.

Great job all around...very professional and courteous. The price was right, the paperwork was done without any problems and I didn't feel pressured to buy extended warranties, etc.

We gave all the best rates because we have had exceptional service through this Kia dealership. Our salesman John was absolutely wonderful. He helped find us the right car each time we went there. We had no problems and if we had a question he was getting back to us extremly quick. We would not go anywhere else except for this store. Thank you Gary Rome Kia!

This dealership had the car I was interested in and made the transaction as effortless as possible. The sales person, Dave Gardner was easily approachable; answered all questions and returned my calls and e-mails exceptionally promptly.

The physical plant is also conducive to ease of service. Overall the experience with sales and financing of this vehicle was excellent.

My Review Of Gary Rome Kia:

I bought my used car in May 2010. Within the first week, I was having problems with a severe water leak inside the car, as well as other problems. I have brought my car down 4x for the same problem, amongst others (faulty windshield, heat resistor, brake light getting stuck and draining my battery, door latch broken). The patched the heat resistor when it was within my 30 day warranty, but did not last long and now they expect me to pay $150 to have it fixed, when it should have been fixed properly and replaced the first time. They also patched this water problem (at first saying they found nothing wrong, despite my puddle in the front floor)...finally, after a year, they took it completely apart, per my insistance, and found that the hose was draining outside of the car, but rather inside! Furthermore, when I brought the car this last time (last week), my ignition was working fine. When I got the car back 5 days later, the key won't come out and I have to manually put my finger under the steering column and press a latch to release my key. They told me I'm responsible for this (even though I have the extended warranty) and it's $375. The key was FINE when I brought it there 5 days prior. They acknowledged that, and said "we don't know what happened". I am very unhappy with the quality of service from Gary Rome KIA. The sales dept is very nice, but the service dept and mechanics are poor and don't have good mechanical skills. Dave is very friendly and has understood my frustration; however, that doesn't negate the fact that I've had VERY poor service on my car.
