I was totally impressed with all of the great customer service that I received at Gates Nissan..from the time I drove onto the lot, went on a test drive of the vehicle I purchased to sales and financials, everyone in your establishment treated me with respect, kindness and friendliness. I am most appreciative of the whole experience. I will and have already recommended to friends of mine that if they are in the market for a new vehicle they should come visit Gates Nissan. And I will say that if all your sales associates are as friendly and thorough as my sales associate(Scott Witt) was then you have a very good team. Thankyou so much. I REALLY LOVE MY CAR....

My Review of Gates Nissan of Richmond:
After my wifes Dodge durango motor went down, Me and my wife was lookin at cars for the last 3 months. We had looked at a couple of cars on the gates nissan web site and requested more info on them within a min Scott Witt contacted me by phone and was very fiendly and polite answered all my questions about the cars invited me to come up and show me what he had on the lot. I;am in the military so it was very hard to get freed up just gettin back from Iraq and all so me and my wife kept lookin and Scott Witt called about once a week or so checkin in and talking with me. I really liked how he didn't pressure me he was always concerned how thing were going and wanted me to come by check him out. So when our Durango messed up again and went to a couple of dealers that wouldn't work with us. I told my wife about him and we made the trip from London, Ky to Richmond, Ky and they met our payment goal with friendly and professional service I will keep doin buisness there as long as it stays the same.

Scott really went above and beyond to meet every need I had with my purchase. He was quick to answer any question I had, and he made sure the truck was exactly how I wanted it. He was very friendly and easy to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new Nissan. Along with Scott, every employee that I encountered at Gates Nissan was very helpful and extremely friendly.

Scott Witt is an outstanding representative for your dealership. He is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He listened to what I was looking for, and recommended a vehicle that I am happy with
Scott and Nick Simmons worked very hard to arrange a financing package that works for my budget.
I would recommend my 2012 Nissan Murano, and gates Nissan to my friends and associates.

My Review of Gates Nissan of Richmond:
My Dad and I had been looking for a truck, for a month or two. We found one at Gates Nissan in Richmond. So I left an email for someone to contact us. I was surprised to get a callback. I had never dealt with on-line vehicle shopping before. I told Scott what my Dad wanted and the rest is history. My Dad is super happy with his 2011 Nissan Frontier, and Scott Witt was a fantastic salesman. He even had the truck pulled up front when Dad got there. Thanks for getting what my Dad wanted, at the price he wanted and with excellant customer service!!!!

My Review of Gates Nissan of Richmond:
My wife and I had been hunting for a used Quest and happened across this one. Used quests with the options we were looking for are hard to come by so even though we lived 5 hours away we were very interested. We wanted to be sure that the van would be worth it if we decided to make the trip. Scott was very gracious, helping us with lots of questions, additional pictures, etc. At one point he gave me his cell number and I was able to text him some questions as I thought of them throughout the day. This was extremely helpful. Once we decided to go it was a bit of a bumpy trip. At one point we had to turn around for our checkbook we had left an hour behind at my mother in laws. When I told Scott about it, he had told me not to worry about it, because we could work it out. We still ended up turning around and getting it regardless, but it was nice to know that he was willing to work with us regardless. This delay got us up there several hours later than we had originally intended and had communicated with Scott. We arrived at what we thought was an hour before the dealership's closing time. They had the van waiting on us. We couldn't have been more pleased. It was exactly what we expected. Nick Simmons was there to great us as well. He answered several questions about the van and gave us plenty of time to test drive it and look it over. We never felt pressured. Once we decided to purchase the process was smooth and very hassle free. While checking waiting on some of the paper work, my wife happened to notice that her phone was showing an hour past what time it was. We had not realized that Richmond was an hour ahead of Tullahoma! While we thought we were arriving an hour before closing, it was in fact their closing time, and quite a bit later after the test drive and purchase details. Not once had they mentioned this, or even acted inconvenience. Truly a great experience. I would highly recommend these 2 gentlemen.

Scott Witt was very informative, very personable, and very down to earth. He seems to be very dedicated to his occupation. I would recommend him to anyone that was buying a vehicle at your dealership. Nick Simmons falls into the same category. I feel very pleased with the negotiations and love the truck.
