My Review of Gebhardt BMW:
This dealership is really overpriced and tends to gold plate things. I had a cup holder replaced (2 screws) and the labor was $50 There oil changes are 3-4 times the cost of an oil change somehwere else ($275 versus $80 at other places) and when you do have a problem, they tend to want to replace every component that might be affected leading to much higher costs.

On the plus side, they do have wireless internet in their waiting room and free coffee.

My Review of Gebhardt BMW:
These guys are good with only one complaint. There is almost a three week wait for a service appointment with an available loaner car. I had an Acura before and that dealer had enough loaners it was clearly up to my convenience as to when I came in for service.
