My overall experience was really great! I was listened to regarding my budget as well as my needs. The team was extremely friendly and made me feel very confident with my purchase and any future service needs. When I picked up my car I was given a thorough run through on all of my cars features. We were extremely pleased in all aspects of our experience with Langan Volkswagon and especially grateful for our salesman Mike Gauvin. I have never had better customer service purchasing a car. This car was especially important since ut was my 18 year old sons first car! The 2008 GTI black turbo is his dream car. Mike did a phenomenal job on the test drive and going over the car. It was in mint condition when we picked it up and rolled it off the red carpet. My son very much enjoyed having Gene Langan III show him all the features of the car. I was in awe of the collection of VW buses and Carmen Gia's in the showroom. Many thanks!

Well in a nutshell i found a Volkswagen Passat online and decided to go down and take a look at it.
When i arrived at the dealership i ended up dealing with Emmerson. A very respectful person, i was blown
away with how down to earth he was, I didn't feel like i was dealing with just another salesperson. He knew the car
inside and out and answered any questions i could think of. When i got to question that you wouldn't know unless
you where a mechanic he found someone who did and made sure i got all of my more mechanic-oriented questions
answered. After a test drive i ended up buying the vehicle and when i went to the delivery center to pickup the car, I
was once again very impressed with the people working there. They were also very down to earth
and really cared that i drove away completely satisfied with the car and the service i received.
I can honestly say it was one of the best dealerships I've ever been to. I Highly Recommend this dealer
to anyone wanting a respectful no pressure car buying experience.

Everyone at this dealership is unbelievably kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They are passionate about the brand of VW. We went there on 3 separate visits. Because of our own time constraints, when our original sales person Joshua was out, Michael, another salesperson, helped us in Joshua's absence. For 2 of the 3 visits, Gene Langan himself was there. What an honorable business owner, so down to Earth. After a great, no pressure buying experience, we were taken to the VW museum to get our car. Sergio showed us every inch of our new VW Eos. And guess who was there, just enjoying his time with his cars, his passion, Gene Langan. He showed my 5 year old son all sorts of classic VW's and my firefighter husband loved the classic VW "firetruck". We all left there thinking, wow! Now that is a company that cares. Thank you Gene Langan, Joshua, Michael and Sergio.

I was told by my brother (long time customer there) to ask for Dutch - I was in the market for a used Jetta for an almost 17 y.o.. After telling Dutch what I wanted in the vehicle he showed me what was available.....explained the options, differences, answered my questions . I felt he was very receptive to my input and made genuine recommendations based on his years of experience. As I was undecided on the purchase, Chris suggested I look at a different vehicle, not quite as costly yet it had all I was looking for. the following day I did test drive the vehicle and was very happy with it. The perfect color, options - everything the young lady wished for. thanks Chris & Dutch. Next came the paperwork - done.....arrangements were made to bring in a check and schedule delivery . My experience with the finance gal was less than satisfactory and I immediately spoke with Chris. A business needs to be aware of how their customers are treated. Chris was most apologetic - sounded like this was not the first time he been told of her poor customer service. Since that moment my interactions have been superior ! Dutch, Chris, Sergio....you've all been wonderful. Everything has exceeded my expectations - follow up calls....service to the vehicle.....Chris is a hands-on manager - he and the staff are committed to please. I've nothing but praise for Chris and my sincere thanks for listening - then making this an exceptional surprise delivery to my unsuspecting grand daughter. The experience was one to remember! I bought a new Passat and went to pick it up. I had so much fun. It was like a party. We got to meet so many of the staff at Gene Langan, VW. All the old classic vdubs were on display. Sergio taught me everything I needed to know about me new car. He spent time to set up phone favorites and navigation. I left my new VW friends really ready to drive. I'm looking forward to going back for my first recommended service!

Went to several dealers who were continuously looking up "corporate" discounts. None of them were related to the car i wanted. When I came to Gene Langan Glastonbury I asked about dealer loyalty because my mother had recently bought a Jetta and they were more than happy to accommodate me. The car I want was also not even on the lot. Dennis Erk drove to Greenwhich CT and picked up my brnad new 2013 GLI. They have also been making sure I am satisfied with the purchase. Overall this was a great experience filled with great people who were willing to help.

Easy purchase, great staff, very relaxed environment. It is obvious Gene Langan treats his employees well, they are all very pleasant, doesn't seem to be any stress in the place! Showroom is fun to see. I found the purchasing experience quick, Mike Gauvin was excellent to deal with. happy to become a Langan customer.

I've been buying or leasing cars for more than 40 years and I can say without hesitation that my experience at Gene Langan VW was the best, ever. The salesman, Emmerson Corbin, was knowledgeable, he listened to my needs and worked with me every step of the way to ensure I got the best car for the money, and at a fair price. The finance department was fast and worked hard to get me the best loan out there. I cannot recommend this dealership enough, and even though I have to drive 60 miles to get to it they will continue to get my business. Thanks Emmerson, Marissa and Langan VW!
