My Review Of Gene Langan Volkswagen Inc:
I had to get out of my previous car, and get into a lease to get a more affordable monthly payment. I was looking for something that I knew would be quality, with no money down. My first stop was at Langan VW, as I knew VW had a very good sign and drive program. I met up with Dennis, and he wanted to know how he could help me, and why I was getting out of my Mustang. I explained my situation, and that I was reluctantly selling my Mustand, to help with some bills, and I was interested in a Jetta or Passat. We tried out a Passat, and I thought would be the best VW for me. As we talked about financing, he wanted to know more about my deal I had to sell my Mustang. He wanted to see if he could get me a better price. We even went across the street to the Ford dealership to see if he could get them to buy my Mustang. Ad it turned out my original deal could not be matched, but he helped me confirm that what I was getting was fair, and still gave me a good offer if my deal fell through.
That was a huge help, as I worried I was leaving a lot on the table. I told Dennis I would be back in touch with him in a few days, and he asked if he could give me a buzz to check in with me after I sold my Mustang. I agreed and let him know I would look at some other cars to perform my due diligence. He totally understood, and never pressured me.
I did go look at a few other cars as well. I looked at an Accord which would have been within a few dollars of the Passat, but it was no comparison. The amount of car I got for my monthly payment on the Passat, blew the Accord out of the water. So I decided to go with the Passat.
I got my Mustang sold, and the next day I let Dennis know I wanted the Tungsten Silver Wolfberg Passat. I worked with Steve on the lease, which took about 15 painless minutes.
Gene Langan Jr. Delivered the car to me, and went over all of the technology on the car, which again, I can't believe I am getting for the price. He and his team had the car looking like a jewel, and he very patiently spent 45 minutes with me going over all the bells and whistles, and also gave me a T Hirt and coffee mug and an ice scraper.
I must say, thewholecprocess was stress free, and involved people every step of the way who value their customers, and truly want to provide a great experience.
If you are looking at buying or leasing a car, you need to stop buy and talk to the folks here. They will take great care of you. And I have to say, the amount of car that you get for the money is remarkable.
