My Review of Gene Reed Toyota & Scion:
I had previously leased a 2006 Prius. I recently decided to buy out my lease and purchase the car outright. Mr. Hannon and Salzer assisted me with the information needed to do this transaction. They were both very professional, courtous, and informative in the preparation of doing this. I will continue to deal with this dealership and will recommend them to anyone that inqures about my car. I am very pleased with the service that I have received.

My Review of Gene Reed Toyota & Scion:
I recently purchased a new Prius from Gene Reed. I had been shopping around online and found many that were simply too expensive. However, Sean pointed out that they were not marking up the Prius like other dealers I had stopped at and had several available. I was able to test drive the car and purchase the exact one I wanted that day! No waiting lists! I thank everyone at Gene Reed for such an amazing experience and will definately recommend all my friends.

I live in NC and purchased my Camry from Gene Reed. The salesperson I dealt with, Mike, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He met me in Charlotte, NC with my vehicle on a rainy Friday evening. This vehicle purchase was the easiest ever for me. Everyone that I dealt with at Gene Reed was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to assist me in anyway possible. My Review of Gene Reed Toyota & Scion:
I have bought many cars over the years and have never before run into such an exceptional employee as Todd Salzer. He was knowledgeable, informative, courteous and direct. I was shopping for a vehicle for my wife and originally made contact with Mr. Salzer via telephone. He was professional and able to answer the questions I had rapidly and completely and I agreed to meet with him at the dealership. Despite the above, I arrived with my defenses up and was quickly disarmed by Mr. Salzer's demeanor and willingness to accomodate. He proved in person to be the same as he was on the phone. Despite my own complications in getting the "exact" vehicle that my wife wanted, he never lost his cool and explained the process to me step by step. He had to get a vehicle that was not in the dealerships inventory and equip it correctly. I understood that this may take some time, but Mr. Salzer called me five days later to inform me that my vehicle had arrived and would be ready for delivery the following day. He set an appointment with my wife and I in the evening and had everything prepared for our arrival. When we did arrive, he first "introduced" us to my wife's new car and allowed us to carefully examine it to ensure everything was correct. It was. He then expedited our completion of the necessary paperwork and ensured that we knew how to operate everything. He also ensured that we had his cell phone number an email address so that if we had any questions in the future we were able to contact him. I have never had such an exceptional experience in searching for a car and have and will continue to recommend Mr. Salzer to anyone that I know who is looking for an automobile. I will also return to buy my automobiles from him in the future and do not intend to buy from anyone else. An exceptional represntative, an exceptional dealership and an exceptional experience. Well done!

I have given this rating for this dealership because of the professionalism and courtesy given to me by Mr. Ron Hannon and the other staff I worked with during the purchase of my new Toyota Tundra.

Ron went as far as to meet me on a Sunday afternoon which was his day off to deliver my truck to me because he knew I was going out of town the following week and was excited to get it.

I can't say enough about Mr. Hannon and my experience at Gene Reed Toyota, I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone I know looking to purchase an automobile.

My Review of Gene Reed Toyota & Scion:
I met Joe Kiel on the lot and he welcomed my wife and me to the dealership. Joe assisted us as we evaluated a couple of vehicles and accompanied us on 2 test drives. Joe was very patient and kind, and he immediately put both of us at ease. When we began to get serious about a vehicle, Joe introduced us to Ron Hannon who previously sold me a vehicle almost 19 years ago. Ron immediately called me by name (how can this be after 19 years??) and told me how good it was to see me again. Ron even remembered the vehicle he sold me. We worked with Ron to find a price that we both thought was fair. Ron was very patient and kind throughout and I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle. His customer service ability is extraordinary, and I have never met another car salesman with his talents. Though another car dealership thought they might be able to beat his price, I decided that I would be better served by dealing with Ron. I purchased the vehicle today and am very happy with the entire experience. I found Joe Kiel to be very helpful and would also highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. When a dealership has a quality product, fair and competitive prices, and high quality sales people, it is hard not to purchase a vehicle form them. Thank you, Gene Reed Toyota, for a great experience. I will certainly give you my business again in the future.

I recently purchased a Sienna Van from Gene Reed Toyota. Sean was very thorough, showing me all of the "extras" on the car, and how to use the features. Ron was experienced, and very friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed working with both of them. Sean and Ron make a great team, and made my car-buying experience an enjoyable one, rather than making it a hassle. There was a small scratch on the driver's door of the van when I purchased it, but it was fixed before I ever took the van home. I was very happy with my purchase from Gene Reed Toyota and intend to recommend not only the dealership to my friends and colleagues, but Sean and Ron as well. Thanks for a great experience!

The weekend of Oct 18 my husband was heading to work when his Intripid started heating up. Found out it was a blown head gasket. We decided then that we needed to look around for a new car. I always wanted to check out Toyota vehicles. We knew Ron Hannon, our friend, was working at Gene Reed.
We decided to stop by Sunday and found he was off that day. So we decided to just test drive a Camry and Corolla. Norris Johnson had assisted us that day. We could not decide then till Monday. That day Ron Hannon was back then. With Ron Hannon's help we were able to purchase a 2009 Corolla. The purchased was an affordable price for us with his help. We thank you Ron.
