Horrible customer service…lied to me about car availability.. Appointment confirmed knowing what car I wanted and it was sold when we got there! During these times, taking adv. of the situation on pricing to me is dumb xxx business. Talk about bad public relation and not getting repeat customers or referrals. I said this is how you hide dealer markup ? no reply. moving on to Lexus or BMW. at least they hold their value. More
