I was looking to sell my vehicle rather that purchase a new one. Scott helped me through the process and he made it simple and easy. Scott helped put me in touch with his manager who gave me a vehicle apprasial on site. Scott was direct, open and honest about what my vehicle was worth. Ha helped me make an informed decision about what was the best thing to do with my vehicle at that time. When I'm ready to buy Scott will definentily be my first choice as my salesman and I will refer him business without hestitation.

Scott was very courteous and informative on the CX9 cross over SUV. He knows the product well and is not your stereotypical car dealer. He listens and gets the informtion asked without pressuring the customer.

Scott called me as requested and gave me the information I had asked for as to comparisons to other vehicles. Scott really knows what car options are out there and details on specific vehicles.

I recently had my 2006 Dodge Charger in for Service. Scott set up my appointment with service and handled getting all my parts ordered before we showed up. The process was so smooth. I will continue servicing my vehicle with Mazda because of the great service and attention to detail. The Best part was they cleaned my car free of charge.

I went in looking for a new car, not sure what I was really wanting. I was very impressed with Scott's knowledge of all vehicles that we looked at. He was very helpful in saving me time. The level of customer service was exceptional. These guys were the greatest-knowledgeable, patient, attentive, willing to do whatever it would take for customer satisfaction. Todd was very respectful of the fact that I wanted time to decide on the details of the purchase. The fact that he recognized that I was serious about buying from him and gave me the space to decide had alot to do with my decision to buy. The deal I got on the car was great as well as the follow up after the sale. Scott did a great job explaining many of the car's features and helping with my phone and radio setup. Kevin made sure my satellite radio installation was done to my satisfaction. I couldn't have asked for a better overall car buying experience.

I purchased my second Mazda MX-5 in six years. I love these cars. I worked with Scot Dreyfus on my most recent purchase. He was extremely helpful. He wasn't pushy and did everything possible to get me the deal I wanted. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I would and have recomended Gerald Jones Mazda to my friends and family. My brother purchased a Mazda RX-8 from them and is extremely pleased. The service department is also fantastic. It is spotless and the service is beyond anything I have ever received at other dealerships. I have only ever had one minor issue with the service department and it was quickly resolved to everyones satisfaction. I will keep buying my vechicals from Gerald Jones Mazda.

Scott was great to deal with. He knew his stuff about the Mazda line and was able to answer pretty much any question we had. He was not a pushy salesmen and let us browse around the lot without smothering us like at other dealerships I have been to. He was very professional and easy to work with!
