My Review of Gerald Nissan:
Good dealer, lots of cars. There was a little bit of pressure selling from the sales manager but the sales person was very nice and helped me right away. I knew what I wanted and they had it there for a cheep cheep price. They're all about pushing the cars out so it would be hard to beat their prices if you wanted to really fight with them.

My Review of Gerald Nissan:
1) Bought a car - was told that the lowest financing rate possible was 5.5% but contract showed 5% o they could make money off the extended warranty.
2) car had a small scratch, was told this would be fixed when brought in but manager refused to honot it when I brough it back.
3) Bought a used car, was told and paperwork showed it was an "SE" - called Nissan customer Affairs after 3 months to double-check since other cars on road did not seem to be same as mine - turns out it was an "XE" manger told me "too bad my loss" (now pursuing lawsuit).

My Review of Gerald Nissan:
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in July 2006. A month later I called regarding license plates. Spoke to Eddie and he said it takes about 45 days. Called in September, plates were still not in, asked Eddie to look in my file and asked him if there was a title problem. Eddie said no title problem but come in that day and he would plate the vehicle. He called me back later that day and said yes there was a title problem and said he was to receive the title that afternoon and I would have the plates within 7 days. 7 days came and went and I called back to find out they still were not in. I called again and spoke with Sally who said the paperwork was being sent to a licensing facility and I would have my plates on October 2, 2006. I called on October 3, 2006 and was told my plates were in the Naperville location and went to this location on October 4th only to find out my plates were in the N. Aurora location and I would have to wait 45 minutes for them to come back to this location. I had it I wasn't going to wait 1 minute longer. I as a customer had to do the leg work on this. I would never be a customer of this dealership ever again.

My Review of Gerald Nissan:
Do not ever buy a car from this dealership. They have yet to do any thing right. We had a trade-in and they couldn't make the payoff on the trade-in w/o me holding their hand. It's taken 6 weeks to get every thing straight. I have had to verify and correct all the paperwork on the vehicle, including the mileage on the car at the time of purchase, the expiration date on the warranty (they tried to short me). After driving the car for a couple weeks I realized something just wasn't right. They let me leave the dealership only having the tires half inflated. Now that it's starting to get warm out I've realized the sunroof doesn't properly work. At this time I do not feel confident about the purchase I made. I will never go back and I recomend nobody else to purchase from Gerald Nissan.
