Melanie was so helpful in dealing with a very stressful situation when all my brake related lights went on at once. The car felt dangerous to drive and she handled it in a very efficient and professional situation when all my brake related lights went on at once. The car felt dangerous to drive and she handled it in a very efficient and professional manner. My only concern was it took from Saturday to Thursday just to get it diagnosed which she had no control over and I was without my car for almost 2 weeks. Melanie assisted with the rental car which was covered as well as the extensive repair of the hydraulic system. My experience with Hyundai has been that you stand behind your product. More
