My Review of Gilboy:
I wanted to tell you how impressed I am with this dealership and the people they have working for them.

I have had excellent service from all whom I have had contact with.

I especially want to recognize Jim Heidecker and CK for their outstanding professionalism.

They have made me feel comfortable with all interactions.

It is refreshing to find people with such integrity and professionalism, (especially toward women).

My husband and I can't say enough how much we love the Mercury, my friends love the car and it is everything I wanted in an automobile.

My Review of Gilboy:
I brought my car here for a repair after replacing a $700 part the car had the exact same problem upon picking it up , then i was told it was a p/s pump , after having that replaced it the problem was still there , gilboy refused to admit they misdiagnosed the problem 2 times and refused to refund me anything , after taking my car to a different dealer that found the problem to only be a loose wire that cost only $300 to fix , instead of the 1300 i paid after gilboy misdiagnosed it twice they had no clue on how to repair my car and just guessed at it , at my expense never go here for service or anything unless you want a headache , oh and there service seams to work bankers hours

My Review of Gilboy:
DO NOT go to GILLBOY VW/Ford dealership. They have poor customer service and their service department is severely lacking. I had a problem with my car for over 2 years that they said was not an issue and acted as if I was crazy that it was not working. I took my vehicle to another dealership and they fixed the issue first time. The owner refuses to even speak to me and hangs up on me and will not listen. This reflects to me that it is not only the service department but the whole dealership that does not know what they are doing and will not help out their customers with problems. Do not go there in fear that you too will have horrible problems.
