The "Service" Department is a nightmare. The earliest appointment was over a month out which is understandable to some degree because of supply chain issues, etc., but on the morning of the The earliest appointment was over a month out which is understandable to some degree because of supply chain issues, etc., but on the morning of the appt. and while I was driving to Gill, the service "manager" Mike Dusan called to ask me if I could drop off my vehicle at a later date becuase they are short 6/10 mechanics. They initially told me that it would be within 24 hrs to diagnose the problem of vehicle. after calling every other day to find out the status, they told me that it would probably be tomorrow and this went on for a week. They never returned my calls and could never provide a straight answer. They are completely lost and it showed on all fronts. Finally they said that I could pick up my vehicle if I wanted, so I did, It was never looked at and upon picking up my vehicle Mike didnt even acknowledge me. No appology, remorse or anything for completely inconveniencing my life for a week. I will have my vehicle repaired at another dealership and then trade it in for a $75,000 brand new 2023 model. They not only lost my business to future sales but trust that word of mouth is very powerful and I will be extremely vocal about my horrible experiance for years to come. Take my advice and run from their circus of unprofessionalism, ineptness, lies and deception. Gill is a bunch of amatures at business but professional crooks. Run! More
