My Review of Gillman Acura:
I brought my 2002 but less than 2 years old RSX to Gillman for the Texas inspection as I moved to TX from out of state. I told the service employee a few times that the car was less than 2 years old, yet they still performed the unnecessary $40 inspection instead of the $14 inspection. Although every person at the dealership was extrememly friendly (maybe it's just a Texas thing), I will be taking my car elsewhere for service.

My Review of Gillman Acura:
We had a horrible experience with this dealer. We even contacted American Acura Division's corporate offices. We spoke to lawyers and the whole 9 yards. We bought a brand new 2004 Acura RSX Type-S cash. The buying experience was the worst, and I was left stranded at 11:00 pm at night on a dark unlit highway. This happened 40 miles away from home, on my way back from my <br>&quot;first free 5k mile service&quot; which was 180+ miles away. Oil spilled out, smoke was everywhere, and the Acura Roadside Assistance operator refused to arrange a way for me to get home. I had to tell the tow truck to take me home and charge Acura extra for that. After all this, it took them more than a week to return my vehicle.<br>IS THIS BEHAVIOR ACCEPTABLE WHEN BUYING A BRAND NEW, SUPPOSEDLY LUXURIOUS AUTOMOBILE?? Gillman Acura and Acura as a whole need to IMPROVE customer service and satisfaction. Do they know what that means? Also, lets not mention 20 min. hold times when calling to inquire about fog light prices. Save yourself some trouble if you have an Acura in Texas, dont use Gillman for service!! They lost me as a repeat customer, and my family which has owned a couple Acuras, meaning that their &quot;customer relationship management&quot; team , at the grassroots level and corporate level, need improvement.<br><br>OH! Im forgetting this too!!! Acura was unable to locate my vehicle for about three days after it was towed. Someone along the way thought it was a Honda so they towed it to a Honda dealer!! THEY REALLY HAD TO WORK FOR THAT ONE!
