My Review of Giuffre Hyundai:
King of bait and switch. Called ahead to make sure that the cars advertised were in stock. When we got there, we were told that the cars have been sold. They tried to switch us to a new car. Called again to see if they would lie about those same cars, and they again told us that they were in stock...the same cars that several hours previous we were told had been sold. They will try anything to get you into the dealership.

My Review of Giuffre Hyundai:
When I first leased my "NEW" Sonata from here, I had to return it because it was leaking coolant. The rep told me that it was "fixed" and "okay." After driving a few hours, I checked the coolant tub and it was low again. So, I brought it back. Same response. When it happened a third time, I inspected the engine area myself and found the hose feeding the coolant to the engine was ripped. When I showed it to the same "rep" the service finally fixed it. During the process, they were rude, dismissive and uncaring. And now I didn't trust the car, because of this ripped hose. What else was ripped/damaged? But nothing's happened after that. However, I bring my car to Dodge/Hyundai of Paramus all the way in New Jersey where the customer service and overall service/atmosphere is totally opposite of Giuffre. Besides the horrible customer service which is enough, I would stay away from Giuffre because I wouldn't trust a dealership that sold something new, or old, with a ripped hose in the engine area (the most vitale part of your car). What if it were the brake lines?

i forgot one more thing in my previous post, they also own the mazda dealer, the toyota dealer, the honda dealer, the mitsubishi dealer in bayridge.

i am trying to verify to see if they own the volvo, nissan, VW, audi and saturn as well, my guess is they probably own it, so steer clear of bayridge.

dont buy a car or bring your car into this dealer unless you like being ripped off. i talked with numerous customers when i go there to get my car service. 99% of them hate guiffre. occasionally you might find a happy customer.

i purchased a car here, they really tried everything to rip me off, even went as far as trying to put two destination charges on the car. after all the negotiations were said and done, they stuck me with ultra high finance loan. never buy your car from them or get it serviced.

i bought both my cars into them for servicing, i think these morons have not been able to fix this one problem, its been back there more than 3 times for the same problem, i already gave up on it.

He was a excellent sales man, an he helped me get my mom the best deal on a Elantra. All I can say is that the Giuffre Auto group is excellent at what they do. An service is 100% excellent. I suggest anyone to buy from these guys.
