This dealership tried to sell me a 2012 and told me it was a 2013! When i questioned the year because i ran the vin number they still insisted it was a 2013!!! A complete fraud! When the manager apologized and called back for the misrepresentaion he agreed to sell ne a 2013 at the agreed price. They said i should wore the money the next morning and it was a done deal. While i was at the bank they told me they could no longer honor the deal unless i agreed to finance it ....and the entire time we were discussing a cash deal for out the door pricing. This was almost a comedy if it wasnt true. I called back to speak to the GM or owner but they out a salesman on the phone and he pretended he was the GM.... I found him listed on linkedin as a dalesman! Perhaps the most fraudulent and unethical dealership i have ever seen. Amazing...and i have the emails to back it up!!!

The sales team at Gladstone Nissan was truly outstanding in their customer service and expertise. I was able to complete my entire transaction without ever feeling pressured. Thereisa and Hassan were extremely efficient at their sales efforts and the pricing was better than any dealership within a 50 mile radius of my home. I shopped multiple dealers and no one came close to being as accommodating as the team at Gladstone! I will certainly consider them for any Nissan purchases in my future and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I came into Gladstone Nissan to lease a nissan cube and discovered
I could not do so without insurance, I was gonna go all the way home without
A new car to find out what kind of insurance to get but Hassan offered to help me
From start to finish so I can get the right insurance plan and the car I wanted.
He was so willing to help me, and he did. Even after it was time for him to get off work
He insisted on staying till I got my car. He went online and called multiple insurance
Companies that I could afford. Hassan helped me find the perfect insurance plan for
My wife and I and set up the entire plan so I could leave the dealership with the car I wanted.

Hassan Houdroge was a pleasure to talk with and I didn't feel hoodwinked by him. Very sweet and honest and kind. It is a pleasure to know that someone like him is in car dealership as it is a rarity. If my niece were single, I would set him up with her. He is so genuine and real, that it was hard not to buy from him. Don't lose him! Trust me. People do not want pushy, fast talking sales people, they want Hassan. That style (pushy and fast talking) may work for some, but people like me they turn off really fast. Thank you Hassan for being so kind and sweet. It is obvious your parents raised you right. He knows what customer service truly is.

I dealt mostly with Hassan and he was great! I had originally seen a honda online that I was interested in purchasing used. Hassan being the internet manager, contacted me and he was very accomodating and friendly. It turned out that I purchased a new Altima rather than a used car. Hassan walked me through the whole process right down to specifics of the car that I was buying. He gave me a lot of attention and his customer service skills were exceptional. I have purchased many cars over the years but I would have to say Hassan was the best salesman I have ever purchased from. He will go a long way in his career in car sales.

Just a note to say how very much my wife and I enjoyed our car buying experience at Gladstone Nissan where we purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima. Working initially with Theriesa via the internet, she answered all our upfront questions as well as provided what we felt was a fair quote on the car.

On Saturday, we went to look at the car. Although Theriesa was not available, she had recommended we ask for Hassan and work with him. Hassan had not worked at Gladstone for very long, but he was able to answer our questions, take us on a test drive and, after we decided to purchase the car, he stayed with us the entire time it took to complete all the final transactions. Hassan is definitely a positive asset to Gladstone Nissan - being extremely personable as well as knowledgeable.

We've now had the car a couple days and we are extremely happy with the car. Part of that enjoyment was certainly the pleasant experience we had at Gladstone and, in particular, the people we worked with. All should be commended.
