My Review of Glauser Mercedes-Benz:
It is now called Sarasota MB under the Autonation umbrella. You can get better prices on a new vehicle elsewhere but the service is horrendous. Mine went in for a problem with the transmission where there was a TSB for but they denied it. Went in for rattles & binding door. Tech said all fixed, rattle still there and door still binding. Avoid this dealership for sales & service. Thought about trading it & salesperson gave me a price, I walked because they were giving me for the trade $9000 less then KBB. Sales mgr called gave me a special deal, $1000 worse then the salesperson. This dealership gives used car salepeople a good name. Avoid Sarasota MB.

My Review of Glauser Mercedes-Benz:
Terrible company. After having my vehicle inspected I was first quoted a ludicrous price. Upon getting the vehicle back I found severl parts in the trunk that have not been reinstalled. Even worse: Some PARTS WERE MISSING. After days of fruitless discussion the service manager told me they would do exactly NOTHING about the situtation!<br><br>I am informing several consumer agencies, BBB and am weighin criminal charge IF my complaint to Mercedes Benz USA yields no result.
