My Review of Glendale Infiniti:
Eddy is the worst car salesman I have ever met. Do not deal with him and DO NOT buy from this guy at Glendale Infinti. I am a long time BMW customer and was considering getting into Infiniti but after the experience I had with this Eddy guy at Glendale Infinti I definitely changed my mind. He was very rude, impolite, and looked very lazy and unhappy about selling Infiniti. Very unfortunate for Infiniti to have a sales person Like him in their Team. I was not allowed to test drive the car I was considering, and was told by Eddy "I need to have an appointment to test drive the vehicle". He acted like the company CEO!!! DO NOT buy from Eddy at Glendale Infiniti.

My Review of Glendale Infiniti:
Arrogant car salesman. I don't have good credit but my wife does. When I shop for a car I go alone at first to see how I am treated by the dealer. When they ran a credit check on me and found out that I couldn't be approved. The salesman started acting like I was wasting his time. He had an attitude all of a sudden. Stupid, stupid salesman I wish I could remember his name. I bought a new Mercedes S430 at Calstar instead. They lost a quick and easy sale. I hope they read this and learn a lesson.

forgot to do several things on the list from a regular visit. Service dept is DIFFICULT to reach, shady & greasy service rep says yes and sure but mind is elsewhere.

Sales Dept like walking into a schoolyard. Don't bring your girlfriend.

My Review of Glendale Infiniti:
Dealt with the Internet Sales Dept. I would NOT recommend this dealership at all. The main reason is that they have very poor responsiveness -- I felt as though I could not depend on them for anything.

I ended up fighting with them to get my deposit refunded back to my credit card and took my business elsewhere (Infinity of South Bay -- MUCH better!).

You should try the Internet Department.
It was easy and I worked with a girl named Nina. She was professional and attentive and relaxing. I didn't feel like I was getting the "sales Pitch"
I got my new car, and was very pleased.

high pressure sales from the get go. shady dealer tactics, strong arm methods, and no actual 'service' - will say anything to win over the sale. others have reported problems with their 'truth in advertising' regarding models and pricing (bait and switch?) - dealer has responded to message board posts by blaming customers and threatening lawsuits against customers. <br><br>
