My Review of Glens Falls Toyota:
Directions for writing this review say "Please be descriptive as possible" but I can only think of one word to say, wonderful. Mr. Curley was incredibly informative about the process of buying my new car and Ms. Smith was very friendly, helpful, and made the whole process fluid and stress free! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone thinking about buying any new or used car.

My Review of Glens Falls Toyota:
Everyone was friendly and were committed in giving us a good car buying experience. We had gone to another dealer a few days before and the difference was night and day. Having looked up on the web what was reasonable for our trade-in and for what we should pay on the new car, I was surprised that they gave it to us on the first offer. They even told us about a $500 rebate the other place never mentioned. We were treated like long time customers. We got a good deal on our new truck without playing games. It made buying a car an enjoyable experience.

So many car dealerships are filled with aggressive pushy people: but not Glens Falls Toyota! I have bought 4 (I think), vehicles--2 new and 2 used. Everyone is friendly and helpful. You feel that they are working together to make this a special experience, not just people out for themselves. I see it as a family. I have recommended and will continue to recommend them to all who will listen.

My Review of Glens Falls Toyota:
Ms Smith was friendly, knowledgeable and professional at all times. I found her to be quite helpful in explaining a car's features, anticipated questions and oftentimes answered questions just as I was thinking of the problem/uncertainty, and was able to point out the differences in the various models. At no time did I feel any pressure to buy a car or to buy a more expensive vehicle.

My wife and I were quite comfortable with Ms Smith and wouldn't hesitate to call her with a question/problem since she never created the impression that we would be imposing upon her. She's a credit to this dealership.
