My Review of Glick Nissan:
I've been buying cars since I was 18, and I'm 59 now, so have bought a few! I can honestly say that my experience with Glick Nissan was one of the best ever.

I dealt with Pete J. as my salesman and he was very professional and upfront about everything. I informed him from the beginning that I was dealing with Acura as well and there was absolutely no pressure one way or the other.

I left our first meeting without purchasing, and Peter only called me once to inquire how things were going. Once again, no pressure and he was very professional

The next time we met, he presented me with a reduced price and increase in my trade. I countered that with the amount I wanted to pay, and they accepted my offer. No hassles.

Although the car I wanted (2012 Murano SL) was not on the lot, they did locate one, almost exactly the same but with an added accessory that I wasn't too keen on, but we were able to negotiate that, as well.

The experiece with Glick's business office was also outstanding...dealt with Dave Kerr and just like Peter, no pressure. He presented the extended warranty and other service plans, and I wasn't sure, so he said, no problem, think about it and let us know. I did get the Simonez Clear Coat (which Dave discounted, as well as a 5 year 70K mileage warranty),

There were a couple of minor glitches upon delivery of the vehicle, but once I informed Peter and Dave of these, they were quick to respond and rectified immediately.

I strongly recommend this dealership, I am very pleased.

My Review of Glick Nissan:
I just purchased a new Maxima at Glick Nissan. I must say that I could not have been happier with the experience. Phil worked out a great deal for me and made the whole transaction very smooth and stressless for me. David in finance was very helpful as well, getting me the best finance rate possible, and getting me great deals on other add-ons as well.
Phil's sales pitch was very low key and not pushy. I felt very comfortable with him as he is very down to earth and straight forward. No B.S. I would definitely recommend Glick Nissan for any one interested in buying a Nissan Product.

Horrible experience. We made a handshake deal, my daughter went to bank to get a check....we come back and they jacked up the price! We then walked out. I complained to Nissan and they said it never should have happened.

My Review of Glick Nissan:
I saw a great deal on their website and scheduled an apportionment right away.

Shopping for a new car isn't always the highlight of anyone’s "to do" list, but the people at Glick made it very easy for me.

They helped me get the car I wanted at the price I needed. I'd like to specifically mention the exceptional service of the Internet Manager, Gerry Nicholatos. I will rate them high when asked to review them, and I would highly recommend Glick Nissan, and to ask for Gerry!

Best Car Buying experience ever! Paul K, Brandon, Fernando, & Dave K were all fantastic to deal with. Very professional all the way from begining to end. No games. First "Honest" people I've come across in a dealership. Not one person, but everyone we met there. They want to give you all the best information to make the best choice for you~ not for them. Brandon walked me through every step on all the perks in my new Juke SL! Dave went through & explained the benefits to the extras & got us a great rate! I will be sending anyone & everyone I know there! A+++ for customer service!

I recently purchased a 2011 Nissan Rogue SL from Glick Nissan in Westboro. I must tell you that it was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I shopped two other dealerships before coming here and what a difference! The salesman (Phil) was very professional, knowledgeable and NOT at all pushy. I felt like he helped me find the car that suited my needs and I absolutely love my Rogue! Everyone at Glick Nissan was friendly and down to earth ... plus they all had smiles on their faces. Would recommend this dealership to everyone!!!

My Review of Glick Nissan:
When I called in to check on the status of a new Nissan Versa S Model, manual everything, base, stripped down, they said they would look into locating one; I received a call back saying they did, so I made the drive to Westborough to sit down and actually talk. When I arrived, I had to wait 15-20 minutes for them to do the search all over again, which indeed produced a model, but not until mid Oct...something they could have told me over the phone before I wasted my afternoon. With that, they went straight into offering ideas that did not match what I asked for. Maybe it's that most customers don't have a solid idea of what they want so they take whatever mindless suggestion...I don't know. But I do know these salesmen DO NOT listen to what you say. Ask for a base S model, they immediately offer a SV model, something with an automatic transmission, power everything else, comfort package. Just say "No, we don't have any" and quit jerking us around.

Furthermore, when I explained my time constraint on buying a new vehicle, he had the audacity to ask, "well how do you plan on moving to..?" Seriously? I'm pretty sure I didn't come to this dealership to be questioned on my motives, plans or logistics. That was after another (the third) 10 minute wait. Overall, this was the worst dealer experience I've had...and most are pretty painful. They need a lesson in listening to what is actually said and stop confabulating vehicle details I never asked for.

Dear Mr. Malo, When you called, our records show you asked if we had a manual transmission Versa in stock, which we did. When you arrived, your salesman was with a customer and you waited for him to get free not to do a search. A search was not required as we had the only 5-speed available in Massachusetts on our lot. We also explained that we had a comparable Versa like you were looking for coming in to our dealership in October. I don't think you were the one that was listening as we did explain on the phone that WE DID HAVE A STANDARD TRANSMISSION VERSA ON OUR LOT FOR A TEST DRIVE! The reason you were asked about your move to Pa. was that you could place an order for the incoming 5-speed, and pick it up in October on a return visit to meet with family and friends. I apologize for the confusion and maybe a lesson in listening to what is actually said would behoove both of us. The incoming stripped down base Versa, that you requested, is still available, and due to arrive around October 7th in the magnetic gray color. Again I apologize for the confusion. Our offer still stands, and if you are still interested, we would be more than happy to make arrangements for delivery in Pa. in order to earn your business. Sincerely, Glick Management

My Review of Glick Nissan:
I was recommened to go to Glick Nissan by a friend. I went there to look at a Nissan Rogue. Test drove it and loved it. I worked wth Phil Simoneau thorugh the sales process and he was fantastic! I cannot say anough about him. He made everything very easy. The financing was super easy. We had picked a day for me to pick up the vehicle but I had a family emergency. Phil and the dealership worked with me to change the date and work with my schedule to pick it up. They got everything done in one day and were sensitive to my time constraints. I would recommed Glick Nissan to everyone and Phil as well!

My Review of Glick Nissan:
I have purchased many new vehicles over the years. This time it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had over 30 years. The Salesman "Jan" at Glick Nissan was just terrific and made my wife and I feel not pressured to jump into just any vehicle. He suggested that we take a look and ride in the Murano.We were looking for width space in the interior this model gave us just that. To make the deal more enjoyable "Jan" suggested we test drive a 2010 model vs. a 2011 to save us additional dollars. They only had one 2010 and it was the color we were looking for and had the equipment we wanted. After a resonsonable amount of back and forth we purchased the vehicle.

Glick Nissan,is a little smaller than the big guy's out in auto world but that also made it feel more real and not a rush to sales job.

I hope other car seekers visit Glick Nissan in Westboro, MA and ask for "JAN".
