My Review of Glick Nissan:
Salesman and Sales Manager at Glick were both relaxed, personable men. I did not feel any undo pressure while considering a used car purchase for my 23 yr old son. Salesman spoke to my son as much as to me to see that he understood his needs as well as considering my requirements, as I was the buyer. Upon meeting the sales manager, he, too, sat down with us to discuss this purchase. And while there were the two of them, they maintained a casual, friendly attitude with us. We had just come from another Nissan dealer where the salesman was great with us, but the sales manager was curt and seemed to be ushering us out (which I found rude) when I indicated that I wanted to be able to compare at least two possible cars and they had only one that suited our needs.

When we picked up the car, it was clean and the salesman had been able to find a replacement front mat for one that was missing. He also located remote door entry units, which were not with the original key and had them programmed and ready to go for us. And he made a final walk around the entire car with us to see that all was in order. I am so far completely satisfied with this used car purchase.

My Review of Glick Nissan:
Paul K. helped us today with the Nissan Cube. He knew everything about the car, and had many funny stories to boot! He applied no pressure to us whatsoever, and we drove away saying "What a bright, funny guy!" His extensive knowledge about all kinds of cars made us trust what he said about the Nissan Cube, and allayed our anxieties about going for the "New Kid on the Block" when buying this car. It was a great pleasure to meet such a smart salesman who did not resort to the "slimeball" approach. This is the first dealership we have visited (and we have visited many!) where we trusted the salesperson.

My Review of Glick Nissan:
I went to two other Nisson dealerships as well as a Honda and Toyota dealer. My experience at these dealers ranged from almost neglect to the feeling that I was being put through a grinder. When I walked into Glick I was met by very friendly sales manager Dick Appleton who listened to what I wanted to accomplish and introduced me to a salesman Jan Janiak who showed me the features of an Altima explaining the benifits so I could easily understand. Through the whole process I never felt pressured and ended up buying at a price I was not offered elsewhere! I have bought many cars in my lifetime and can honestly say this was the least stressful and dare I say fun! I highly recommend Glick Nisson.

glick Nissen is a great dealership. plenty of nice respectful people. I love my car and will recommend this dealership to anyone. I would not recommend betulus how ever you spell thier name in aburn to anyone all they did was pressure me to buy a car from them did not happen and never will. i am very happy with glick in westboro they are great people.

We were met by a friendly, helpful sales representative, Mr Doloff. There were absolutely NO high pressure tactics unlike my experience with another deralership I visited before trying Glick Nissan. All my questions were answered, and I got a very fair price for my 2007 Murano. I bought a new 2009 Murano, and am very happy.

My Review of Glick Nissan:
I went to GLick Nissan to make a Cash for Clunkers deal on a Nissan Versa. Salesmen Leonardo and then Rod Abilhomme helped me select a car and make the deal. One week later I learned that I had to pull out of the deal because of personal finances. I explained my situation to Rod, and asked for my deposit back. Rod listened sympatheticly, then helped convince the dealership that they should refund my deposit, which of course is written up as 'non-refundable'.

Glick refunded my $300 when they didn't have to. I take that as a sign of a dealership that treats their customers fairly, and I will consider them 1st on my next Nissan purchase.

My Review of Glick Nissan:
I came in and was greeted by Paul who heard my story and listened to me first and then made a suggestion. When I saw the car, I knew it was the right one! I was in tears because I was so happy I was able to choose another Nissan to take the place of my other Nissan lost through an accident. Paul took the time to hear what I needed and we test drove the car. Talk about customer service! He picked me up at the auto rental and drove me to the dealership. He made sure my Sirius Radio was put together nicely, with his suggestion of a portable unit. He even went with me to make sure I got the right one! He told me everything I needed to know about the car, including the Car Fax. When I called the other dealers, they could not match the price with the features that were offered to me here at Glick. That's when I knew I got the right car at the right price. Most of all, Paul is a straightshooter who was also recommended to me by a friend who I ran into at the dealership. He made sure that I was completely happy with my purchase and I highly recommend him to others. Paul, keep up the great work. I'll be dropping in for my oil change!

My Review of Glick Nissan:
I'm 25, this is the 8th car my family has bought from Glick, the 2nd I've bought (a used Sentra a few years ago - got rear-ended by someone from Maryland on 495, totalled the car but I was fine), and my first new car. I did my research, started with the consumer reports invoice price, expecting to negotiate up, etc and Glick beat it. Did I spend a lot of money? Of course I did. I bought a new car. Did I get a good deal? Absolutely. Paul went through everything with me, from what type of transmission fluid to use (and not use), how to drive the first 1200 miles, what rebates I could get, to how to fold down the seats. I had been taking night classes and had just finished my last class a few weeks ago. Had I technically graduated from school? No, but Dave worked on making sure I got the College Grad rebate and loan rate even though it took him a few days and calling in a few favors with Nissan Financial. Dick worked on making sure I could get the best price on my trade (an Elantra that was literally falling apart - they still gave me $1200 for it. It wouldn't have passed inspection at the end of the month), and I feel like I was treated fairly and with respect from beginning to end. Also, all the guys have let me know that if I have any problems in the future, I can give them a call, and I believe them.

I went somewhere else for my last car (the hyundai - a dealer in Auburn that I won't mention) and I won't make that mistake again. I may not always buy Nissans, but if I do I'll definately go to Glick.

Customer serivce at Glick Nissan was great, Paul helped us find a car that suited our needs. He was very friendly, as was Dave. Overall it was a great experience and we were able to go home as happy customers. We previously bought a car from Glick Nissan and we were happy to come back to yet another great experience. Paul and Dave did their best to get us a deal with a great and affordable price on our new Nissan Coupe, which we love!

Rod was incredibly knowledgeable about the cars and was able to answer all of my questions. He was friendly and worked hard to get me into a car I was happy about. He made the entire process a positive experience. Also, after I selected a car, I was very impressed by the managers and finance manager who were also friendly and personable. I was happy with the service staff who, after I bought the car, inspected it and decided I needed 2 new tires, 4 sets of brakes, and 2 new belts, all of which was done at no cost to me. Thank you all for a positive experience and what I expect to be a great car.
