My Review of Global Automall:
The sales manger is a total jackass. Don't even waste your time there. Even though they offered me a pretty good deal, I walked away because I didn't want to deal with that sales manager.
If you want to be treated rudely, go here. I personally like to be treated with respect so I'm taking my business somewhere else.

My Review of Global Automall:
I did my homework. I checked with Carsdirect.com and other dealers. Some did not even know their own cars! I knew what a good price was and what my magic number was. Both Jason and Ed (manager) were professional and courteous. The bottom line was that I got the lowest straight real “Out The Door Price” ( lower than Carsdirect.com) and got a fair price for my trade! When I went back to finish the paperwork the F&I man showed me what “ADD ONS” were available. All I wanted was the Hyundai 100,000 mile bumper-to-bumper extended warranty. I knew what the right price was and got it. No pressure or scare tactics.

I anticipate future dealer service to be just as favorable experience.
P.S. I even got a $50 Bird Dog because a friend bought a car also

My Review of Global Automall:
This is another one of those car dealers that jacks up the prices of the extra dealer add-ons (which they don't list or mention on their website). They wanted $995 for pin-striping!!! You could buy a pin-striping kit from Walmart for $50 and have it done by a pro for about $100! This is how they pad their pockets. Yes, every business is entitled to make a profit, for sure. But this is the fleecing of America when dealers make nearly 1,000% profit on something that other reputable dealerships charge NOTHING for. That's right. Not everyone charges for it. Just those trying to pad their pockets. I bought a Tiburon at Lester Glenn last night and they don't charge for it. And when I asked them to remove it (didn't like it), the salesman gladly peeled it off in front of me (with no damage to the paint...trust me, I was checking!).

Check out carbuyingtips[dot]com and fightingchance[dot]com before buying a car. Learn everything beforehand and go in with your Edmunds pricing to get the best deals. And avoid Global. It's funny, I drove an hour south to buy a car and Global is 10 seconds from my home.

My Review of Global Automall:
I had recently gone there for buying a hyundai Entourage. I was given an internet price which was attractive. I went and saw the vehicle. I said that I would prefer another color and I was told that they will look for one and contact me the next day.
I was told that I need to finalise the next day without fail or else I woluld not be able to the manufacturer discount. So the next day, I went over there with my cheque to finalise the deal.

I was made to wait for more than 40 minutes as the sales person was with someone else. do keep in mind that all other sales person were not dealing with anyone but just chatting with each other. Anyway, I was told that the vehicle that was shown to me the previous day was not the one that was quoted and the one that I saw would cost me $2000 more.
So I asked whether I can then see the one that I was quoted for so that I can purchase that. The salesperson was just avoiding the question and I realised that they are just trying to rip me off and so I asked whether they can reduce the price on the one that I saw. But they did not seem too to do the deal as they just reduced $200.
I do not know why they have that dealership open if they do not like to sell their cars. I feel they lure people with good quotes and then try to rip them off ..

My Review of Global Automall:
sales guys (Roman) are ok. but if you go for financing, they add lot of optional items by misleading you with fine print. this will cost you lot of extra money since they add up to the amount to be financed. if you go back to cancel these options, they make you run around. they give misleading statements so that you will not cancel the options. they behave rudely. when i requested to be treated like a customer, Marco told me that since they sell so many vehicles everyday and they do not care about me or other customers.
recently when my car got into an accident & got totalled, i bought the car from another dealer & it was a pleasant experience. i have to buy another car for my wife in the next few months & i will not go to Global ever in my life. i will not recommend this dealer to any one. custom relations director & general manager seemed to be helpful but probably could not take action against these guys. i complained to manufactuer (Hyundai) during a survey. but again i did not see any action from them.
